I started watching because I was confused with this system, now I'm less confused but I forgot what I knew starting this video. Conclusion: I still don't understand this system, but this is a great video.
The most important info i got from this vid is I am not ready and we basically cut 6 bracelets now instead of 1 also t4 transition from my current main ilvl1630 is completely pointless
Oh well. There's no way in hell I'm gonna be able to prog Aegir HM right away in October, since I'm mainswapping currently to FM souleater (she looks hella fun on t4), but she's gonna be barely above 1630 when I finish advanced+10 in a few weeks (lacking shards severely, honing from 1600->1620 in a week was not a good idea fr) so I guess I'm just gonna chill and get my other 3 1600+ to 1620 to farm mats and accesories. dw even veteran players will transfer their characters without 20 advanced honing (alts, will have mostly only 10) Its not worth at all to wait for months with them in t3 trying to finish lv20 adv honing, while losing astronomical amount of mats etc
@@pily8438 ya my plan is hone all my chars to 1620 ( that mean i cant hone my main ) to get new mats but since advance hone need t4 mats after transfer, should i focus on 1 or 2 main chars?
@@achimouwu1503 focus on your main for sure, if u finish your alts later it doesnt change anything, tbh u should have plenty of mats to transfer on main after t4 (only thing u would miss are shards) alts will be obviously nice there if u get there (but be sure to do transcendence ther before pushing another) so u dont get gatekeeped :p but anyway for myself is and was always with mine almost 9k hours, focus on main, if there is time left and u gaining gold every week > push alts and thats basically how i pushed my roster (obv doing unrested dailies and everything for ever) atm finishing my echidna 10-20 honing on main and on last two alts 1-10 and that will be it for me, after that i focus on transcendence to have fully geared t4 chars
All I can think about watching this video is how much gate keeping is going to happen and how much worse its gonna get + all the content rushing that is gonna happen for us. Fun Fun Fun.

It aint as much rng because once you roll a certain line, it is no longer in the pool and increases your chances for the rest. Also, every single line has the same RNG %, they arent weighted like bracelet lines. That means that there isnt such a thing like in Bracelets where, for example, Circulate is very low chance toi appear but Rolly Polly high chance. All lines have the same chance.
What about old accesories? they not needed right? that's only when we start getting that new accessories? to polish them. Also its not clear how can we prepare to S3 if we are 1625-1630 with old gear what we do to prepare? As i understand right if you are 1620 you transfer and you become 1640 and you start the new dailies chaos etc... and collect accessories to give to RNG jesus and prey for good bonuses. Maybe only the currently overgeared players with a lot of gold can prepare for this as always :)

With T4 they will go to 1640 ok, but how much is it needed to do their trans to do both Behemoth and Aegir NM? Cause, I must say that it costs a lot of gold to do them..
one question: if u polish relic accesories with fragments ,isn''t it a waste since u will be changing to ancient accesories?or isn't same fragments for polishing.Ty
that is why he told you 10 times in the video to save your fragments and just buy from the AH. And this is for alts that will be staying 1660 for quite some time farming aegir NM. The people that will be using their fragmets for relics would be doing it to sell them because they want the gold and are not rushing their mains or alts. The usual crafter vs raider in an MMO.
I thought t4 was suppose to be less p2w? Did i have the qrong impression? Because it looks like the west doesnt improve AT all, and we're just as fucked as t3 catch up without swiping or even swiping hard. We're suppose to play the game t4 but dont get t4 until what? 3-4 months in. Yeah not a good sell
Bro honestly, Lost Ark is determined to die in the west. This endless stacking of vertical, RNG heavy progression systems will never stop. I always said to myself to one day wait and see what a full tier reset does. If its a good reset i'd return but I expected something like this to be the outcome.. Cuz the thing is: So many recurring players, especially on KR, are so heavily invested in the game moneywise, SG will never break this huge tower of vertical prog that they've build up only to disappoint this elite group of players that've pumped tens if not hundreds thousands of dollars into their account. Systems like these will be endless and will always be gravitating towards p2w.
So im at 1620 rn i dont fomo, but it seems that the best option for me is to advance honing to +20(1640) and then transfer to t4 ending at 1660ilvl. idk if this is correct
if your plan is to do aegir raid as soon as possible yes, but if youre fine with just farming fragments and mats you can transfer get the free 20 ilevel do the older raids easier and then slowly do advance honing with t4 mats which need less overall than t3 mats but because its t4 mats the cost is higher considering the price of the materials

Hi, i have 2 breaker at 1620 and 1610 and they use the ENGRAVING SUPPORT, my question is can i transition to t4 with engraving support or i will need to buy 5x3 or 5x3+1 accesories and stone to get able to get to t4 ancient gear?
You can use engraving support in t4, so it is recommended that you stick to engraving support and use high quality accessories until you can transfer into the ark passive system. Its not gold efficient to build your own 5x3/5x3+1, so you can save and use that gold elsewhere.

Also, here is a stupid question, why are we discussing Aegir when we will be farming Behemoth first ?????? Or is Amazongame is planning to destory us with releasing both content together at T4 launch ?
SG should have made Aegir 1640 NM, 1660 HM. Or 1650 and 1670. Needing to get 1680 for acient acc is too much, I thought the goal was to make T4 and Ark passive, but so many players in the West will need to wait too much time to be able to use, we don't have sufficient time to gather gold for advance honing, transcendence, weapon transcendence and hone for 1680. They could have made Ark passive used with relic acc at least, so more players can experience the class changes that come with the Enlightment tree and keep the Evolution tree the goal for completing Aegir. They still make the same mistake in locking raids behind +18 or +19, every player is forced to do HM and be able to progress, while NM is just a time gate for those. It may work in KR because they had more time to build at least one chracter for it, but for other regions it sucks, the vertical systems are hinders player experience. I hope AGS adapt this system for the West: decrease the required ilvl for Aegir HM or remove the ilvl restriction for acient acc, it isn't necessary anymore, making them being used from 1620+ is enough, our market is not as good as KR's.
gotta cater to the whales that are reaching 1720 ilvl, if they don't put these raids so high then whales who spend their life savings on the game can't make use of their uselessly high ilvl in raids while still doing shit dmg
For myself. Just gonna advance honning +10 for my main (maybe sp also), convert to t4 relic, slowly honing to 1660 after and then park there for awhile. There is no way i can push that far in 1 month by having 4 alt chars only 😂
seem like that my plan too.I tried to reach all 6 char to 1620 before t4 release to get new mats but seem like i have to chose 1 or 2 main chars to upgrade for now cuz 1640 on tier 4 is like trash xD

I already have 2 main in 1620 with everything max and they don't accept me in echidna. How am I going to go up to 1640? It doesn't make any sense, since the vast majority ask for a title or that you be 1630
There are more than enough prog groups still. go in there and learn the raid. G1 is even with a prog group normally done in 3-5 pulls. G2 is a little harder but once you get the 10 snake kill archivment you can accepted in base prog groups these usually clear with enough time as well. as soon you have 5 clears you can be accepted in x5/x10 groups

Western LOA is nowhere near ready for this. This is what happens with ppl were pushing for us to be at the same cadence as KR. Makes no sense for our game economy.

I agree, they should have basically given the equivalent power to t3 more or less immediately and let us switch to ark passive. Then let us build points for the extra 4th row options (or side 3rd row) with drops and gears. Instead we are stuck with t3 stuff for at least a month and most people even longer than that. T4 shoulda been a fairly hard reset to help new comers while still retaining things for existing but instead it’s just another vertical grind to even enable let alone gain strength from.
@@uniquename82it's a terrible reset for new players if you ask me. People will be shoved into T4 w/o high level gems/elixirs/transcendence/LoS30 - so no one's gonna take those new players into a pug party. And to build T4 build they will also need to buy at least leg engraving books - where new players supposed to get gold for that on top of aforementioned gold sinks? as a veteran player I also hate the fact that the first month is gonna be basically re-grinding the power you already have but in the new system - that's just dumb.
No i think the way it's structured right now it makes for a smoother transition without making you feel like the game is unfair to you. You can make BIG BANK if you dont fomo and sell your accessories.
it makes more sense long term since anyone new and without many or any t3 bound mats can still use advanced honing regardless of t3 materials situation that said both t3 and t4 mats options should be present imo, its just obvious cashgrab for the systems to have such steep costs and hardly sustainable beyond main character
Problem is that eventually you won't be able to make t3 mats, or narily have anybody farming them (posting stuff for extortionary prices), so this is anything but stupid, it's just a necessity.
