I have found this to be so true. I have something happened to my brain a few years ago. So I am isolated and cannot do much. My family are far away. For a long time I suffered despair about what I couldn't do and don't have. Eventually I said to myself, if I'm going to keep living I absolutely must find a way to feel ok about the life I have. The changes in the way I perceived things immediately improved my quality of life and feelings of contentment and joy. It took a lot of suffering to truely learn that lesson. But it has been the most important lesson of my life. Xo thank you for sharing x

Good video ! I've dealt with several things three definitely life threatening on myself but the worst of all was a child with a terrible cancer but even then I absolutely wouldn't stop trusting in our Lord Jesus Christ !!! If anything we go closer to Him . Through everything there's a Joy in our hearts that can't be removed by anything !!! God Bless and good Works in Jesus name !!!
A lady friend of mine was once very ill in hospital on a ventilator and even though I was not in her position it was one of the scariest things I had ever seen . Thankfully she got well but I will remember it forever . Every good wish to you.
