We are flying soon for the first time with my 5 year old, trying to pack light but it’s difficult. In his hand luggage I am putting books, cars, crayons, couple of fidget toys and a spare outfit in case. Think I will pack empty bottle in the main suitcase which we can fill throughout the holiday and will just take a little water bottle for before security as there are bound to be queues and we fly early. I have seen an idea where you wrap little toys and then each half an hour or so give them a new thing to unwrap but I’m not that organised or creative!!
