Spoke with in online chat customer service lady about the length of layers before placing the order. I asked if the wig’s layers were going to be 18, 20, and 22. She told me not to worry because Luvme Hair stylist will make sure it is correct. Well, that did not happen! The layers around the face are cut to short! They are 8 - 9 inches which make a disconnect from the rest of the hair! I looks like I have a bang. after further investigation, the longest length of the wig is only 16 -17 inch. I be live I was sent the wrong length. So, this means I did not receive the goods and services that I paid for.
