What I Packed for Disney World! Our Park Bag - What We Actually Used! 

What is your Disney park must have?!

Stumbling across some of your older videos and am very much enjoying all the what's in the bag or diaper bag or purse videos.

Great park bag ! Especially when you have Littles. I remember when our park back was that big and heavy. My kids are older now, 12 and 14. So obviously, we don't need as much stuff. Now, I have a satchel bag that I carry and in there, I basically just keep my personal stuff and a small first-aid kit, some anti-back wipes and gel, a small stick or tube of sunscreen ( I make sure to slather them down with sunscreen in the hotel so that they are set for most of the day), my water bottle ( everyone else has to carry their own either in their cargo pocket on their shorts or on a carabiner on their belt loop or I get those sling those shoulder strap water bottle holders that carry a standard size water bottle and then we just buy water bottles throughout the day that are disposable.) And that's really about it. We all wear our Magicbands, so no tickets to keep up with, and they are past the character greeting stage. They each wear their own lanyard full of pins and they are responsible for those themselves . Life gets a little easier at theme parks as they get a little older. 😁🌞🏰

That backpack looked insanely heavy! I feel like I pack like that wherever I go even if its to the park. You need a thousand things when you have small kids.

There are no mosquitoes at Disney because- Disney drive round Disney property twice day spraying bug killer, Disney have bug nets to lure and trap mosquitoes, Disney regular release other insects that eat mosquitoes, etc. That’s why it’s the most magical place on earth. Because Disney make it so. What fun would Disney be is you were constantly being bitten?

I have the same around the neck fan in Purple. Found it at Walmart randomly one day and haven’t seen them since. It is sooo nice for hot summer days!

Such a good mama kim! My mom always taught me to pack enough stuff for 2 days... for my daughter cause you never know ...could get stranded... People always say I pack to much... I do not thick so...at least I'm prepared.. 😉

Our Disney must haves were hats, sunglasses, sunscreen and we froze plastic water bottles the night before and drank on those throughout the day as they melted We kept refilling them using the water fountains all around the park and they held onto the ice for quite awhile! We would have died without those! A bottle of water at concession was $3 and we went through at least 6 or 7 refills throughout the day each! It was so hot and we drank water every 20 min or so! Every time we passed a fountain we filled up our bottles, it worked perfectly and at the end of the day we threw all the bottles away because we were tired of keeping up with them lol We brought a ton of snacks but still ate one meal at the park, it is expensive but we were going so hard all day and needed actual food I remember feeling faint from not eating even though I’d been snacking all day Your pack is amazing! I wish we could have brought so much lol We flew though and tried to keep luggage to a minimum, I think if you are trying to keep it simple, the best things are sun protection, water bottles, and snacks Couldn’t have survived without that! Oh and we had ibuprofen for muscle aches and pains and our feet hurt so bad from all the walking... pop 2 ibuprofen and we felt much better 😂

No joke about the heat. I got lucky and it wasn’t too bad my first few months, but when March hit, bam summer 😂

I have a question for you...I notice your wearing a tank in most of your vlogs. I will be there for Spring Break...do you recommend tank or tshirts? I prefer tanks (and being from Ga I understand humidity 😊) my main concern was temperature. What do you recommend?

How far are you from Disney? I mean obviously for security you don’t need to tell me exacts. Did you drive? How long was the ride?

Grab a few citronella plant and plant them around your yard, it will really help with the mosquitoes.

I read somewhere that Disney has large bat houses around the parks and that's how they control the mosquitos.

You need a lot of stuff for little ones. Our kids will be 11 and 9 when we go in June so no stroller. All 4 of us will need to carry bags.

How was going through security check with all that?

I don’t have kids yet. But I packed sunscreen, a water bottle (I have a hydro flask and it’s a huge 40 ounce one. So it kept my water cold for days), I kept the true lemon/lime packets in my backpack to flavor my water, and kept a few portable phone chargers and my charging cable for my phone. Also had wet wipes in my bag and an extra hand sanitizer container (small one) in my bag just in case the one attached to my bag ran out of sanitizer

How was it going through bag check with all of that stuff? As far as I know you have to open every compartment on the bag and any bags/pouches inside of the bag as well. I’ve never been to Disney but I’m going soon and want to pack in a way that won’t take up too much time at bag check if that makes sense.

I can’t even imagine carrying this bag around the parks. I feel like it would ruin my trip.

OOOMMMGGGG!!! That is the biggest day-bag I have ever seen. You or your husband must look like a pack animal carrying that big bag around. I have been going to WDW since the park opened and have NEVER taken a day bag. That is just way tooo much STUFF to carry!!!!!
