Sunday Reset - The day I set aside to get prepared for the busy week as full time working mum with 3 kids.
This weeks dinner meal plan:
Sweet Potato BBQ Pizza
Lasagna Soup
Creamy Harissa and Chorizo tortellini
Butterflied Greek Roast Chicken with Salad and Roast Potatoes
Greek Chicken bowls with left over chicken
Left overs
Air Fryer Tandoori Chicken with rice and side salad
Breakfast for work:
Chocolate and Raspberry Baked Pancakes
Lunch for work:
Nandos Chicken and Halloumi Rice Bake
Snacks:
Raspberry Jelly for the Kids
Raspberry and Vanilla Protein Panna Cotta
Whole Orange Cake.
Budget Breakdown:

Toiletries $19
Nappies $16
Cleaning/Household $0
Treats $4.80
Everything Else $107.08
