Good luck at wfx. I drove for them back in 2019. Started good then slowly went to hell. I was a contractor with them. That 2 weeks behind payroll was pissing me off too. Have to stay on top of that.
@Trucker Rob Missed out on some detention pay because of that. If I didn't set a reminder on my phone I would completely forget about it. If you don't say anything they sure in the hell won't lol.
Good luck. I think the only thing you can do is find a job you like all the company crap is at every company unless you want to try a mom and pop place but those are a high risk for laying you off or getting bought by a company or closing shop
Yes sir, that is true. Mom and pop companies were a safe alternative back in the day, but now all these mega corporations are buying them to eliminate competition.
Thanks man. They have cameras but I have a video from the safety guy who explained how it works and he told me you can put tape or cover the drivers side camera if you want.

Lease purchase on wfx is no good the trucks they offer have too many miles on them by the time you finish paying for a wfx the truck will need an overhaul.
I was with them two months and quit. I got sucked into the stuff on this platform. I did the lease and I’m telling you, it’s ALL lies! Those guys making the videos are full of it and making money hand over fist getting guys to sign up. I’ve been in the industry 36 years and left a job I was at for 4 years to go over there, biggest mistake I ever made. All of what they said on the videos are flat out lies, Bay & Bay is the worst company I’ve ever driven for, nothing they say or advertise is true. I won’t get into details other to say, STAY AWAY and don’t fall for their lies. I was on a couple of their Facebook groups and got kicked out and blocked from everyone of them because I exposed their lies with screenshots and proof of everything I was saying. Oddly, everyone of those FB groups is run by the very same individuals making RU-vid videos and getting people to sign up with Bay & Bay. That’s ok, I know plenty of drivers out here will join those groups and pass on my info. I can screw them as hard as Bay & Bay tried to screw me.
Yes sir, I totally agree with you. Bay and bay was legitimately the worst company I’ve ever worked for. They’re unorganized and have no communication whatsoever and the trucks are horrible.
