Iv seen Jacobs ladder except there weren't angels asending and desending. But Jesus stood at the top with his arms open up to me. But something's awesome happened too but I'm not going to say here. But he touched me and gave me a gift. I was a passenger in the front seat looking into a empty field. Each step was enormouse pearly white. At that time I hadn't even known about Jacobs ladder. I'm glad I seen this I think it was over a year ago I had a dream/vision where I was going up the ladder I almost fell but then my hand clinged on and I climbed up a couple more steps I seen a couple individuals but I didn't reach the top I woke up in the middle of climbing

oh wow, you know i have similar symptoms but i don't give up. someone or some people must've performed black witchcraft against you and because these people are really evil, you can get very ill, i believe this is happening to me also, but God is beside me, sent an army of angels to help and protect me, saved my life more times than i can count, and will not allow them to kill me or win any battle over me
i suggest however to check with family doctor also, there must be something they can do to help you, and it makes God's work easier in helping you as well

I don't hear too much of people going to the third Heaven to have and conversation with Jesus without a better than good reason, I'm not saying this did not happen but usually it's a Near Death experience and then a person does not always see the Lord, it's usually a loved one or an Angel of some sort.If there is a visitation from the Lord or Angels it's usually here on Earth....
