That is how I eat out too!!! My friends think it’s a great budgeting idea too. It’s not that I’m scared to eat out alone (I do it when I travel for work and it’s reimbursed lol) but like you said, it’s the quality time that’s worth the money.
$4K per month in rent sounds way too low for the kind of view you have of the Empire State Building. It looked as if it was right next door unless you used a zoom lens. I'd say that's a really good price for a view like that:-)
thanks! yeah it seems insanely expensive but I think I scored a deal especially in the crazy market I was searching in. I contacted the building directly and negotiated the price down with them almost 1k!
