My favorite beauty tip is actually to do with teeth - oil pulling! I used to always get staining on my teeth after about 2 months post-hygiene appointment. Since I started doing a daily oil-pulling routine for 15 minutes each morning, I no longer have the staining. Coffee, tea, and red wine have not left my life, but oil pulling and less staining has entered my life ☺

Loving the Bridal Beauty Prep series ❤️ equally loving your honesty! Very interested in the LED mask, looks like such a convenient device. My favourite beauty tip is to always spritz my face with a facial mist before applying my hyaluronic acid serum (and then moisturiser). I find my skin is so much more hydrated as a result!

Loved this video, you look amazing!! My best skincare tip is to sandwich your retinol when you first start out. I have extremely sensitive skin from using too harsh of skincare and have a damaged skin barrier as a result so sandwiching my retinol is key. A thin layer of moisturiser, then the retinol and finished with a second thin layer of moisturiser. This creates a barrier and somewhat dilutes the retinol until your skin can build up a tolerance.

My favourite beauty tip is keeping it simple. I also damaged my skin barrier a couple of years ago so really working on getting it back to normal. I have awful flare ups every now and then so would LOVE to try this mask ❤️

Love the wedding prep! 😊 My beauty tip is to explore Korean/Asian SPF products, they're truly the experts in UV protection. I love Biore UV SPF50, it's a non-greasy gel with zero residue and SO easy to commit to every day. My other tip is SMILE ❤️ When you're smiling, the world smiles with you! Thank you for sharing your beauty adventure, Ciara. When I first saw you the first thing I said was “maybe this is a before and after video?” Then I said, “She looks like she lost a little weight and is using a different kind of lipstick.” You look great. My best beauty secret is juicing cucumber and papaya. Helps clean and detox the liver. Cucumber is so good for you. I found out that the was Princess Diana’s favorite drink to have glowing skin. Favorite beauty tip! Moisturize! I have oily skin and I did some damage when I was younger by over cleansing and not moisturizing as I equated oil to moisture. I also didn't Moisturize my neck, hands, and upper chest, not the word I'm looking for lol. Also. You are gorgeous and I greatly enjoy your content here and on Try.

Ciara I love your channel but love you on the try channel. I started taking of my skin in my teens but with having a family and work I have put that behind me. I really enjoyed this video! Makes me motivated to take more care of my skin and invest in long last products & devices. I would love to win the mask, I’ve seen it a lot of social media and for me in my late 20’s (Almost 30!!) I’ve noticed a difference in my skin in the last 2 or 3 years. Most notably I’m now getting spots on the edges of my face and neck which is hormonal I believe. Anything to help slow down aging I’ll get great use of!!❤

And for my beauty tip I find eye masks amazing for bringing down puffiness. Since Covid I adore spending my Sundays evenings taking care of me with some self care. Putting eye masks and face masks in the fridge prior to using is a game changer!
