You are so beautiful with a beautiful personality to match and I see so much of myself in you. I struggled with acne and dark spots for years. I tried almost every recommendation on RU-vid but experimenting with so many products only made it worse. I'm not sure if you've ever seen a dermatologist, but I would suggest talking to a dermatologist about prescribing you tretinoin. That will clear up the dark spots over time. If you can't see a dermatologist, I would recommend for a moisturizer, Dr. Dennis Gross's oil-free radiant moisturizer. It will lighten the dark spots, and give you proper moisture without clogging your pores. And for a face wash, I would use PanOxyl acne foaming wash only during active breakouts at night. And Cerave hydrating cream to foam cleanser as a daily cleanser. And don't forget your sunscreen! I like to use UltaMD UV clear or tinted. And of course, make sure to always drink plenty of water, be consistent with your self-care routine and try to eat clean. You will see improvements. And I'm sorry for the unsolicited advice, it's just that I see so much of my younger self in you, and I wished someone would've told me these things. I'm also not sure if you are into books, but I recommend “IKIGAI The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life.” You are beautiful and resilient and you have a specific purpose in this world.
