I have to notice if it happens around Feb every year. I battle with depression almost year round, just sometimes it's better than others. I have come to the conclusion I just need to keep medicated until further notice. Every time I think I"m better I quit and then in a couple of months I"m drowning again but barely. This past winter it was really bad. I don't want to get like that again.
