I am 99.9% sure any alien forms in the universe wouldn’t harm us if they could manage to make a spaceship to visit us, just like if we were to make a spaceship and visit other planets and find aliens, we would just be curious before starting a war…

I'd like it if we couldn't get into personal contact with aliens, but maybe just be able to contact long distance. Like how we see things so far away, maybe play message games back and forth, despite the fact that it would be super duper slow. Imagine scientists find and successfully translate a message from them being like, "Yo, wut up? Interplanetary travel hard, right bro?" Basically, aliens being like someone you chat online with 0 chance of physically meeting, but still exchanging info.
