What if deku had isagis ego? What if deku was striving to be the strongest hero. And by getting all nights power he would work harder to be the best and very competitive. He would unlock his other quirks earlier and can get stronger by “devouring” people (showing his ego/that he’s superior)

reminds me of my what if idea of a female Deku with a Yuki-onna quirk just absurd levels of cold, ice and frost but there i made her like Rei´s (Shoto´s mother) niece cause Inko in that story was Rei´s sister and thus her telekinese was made by freezing water arround stuff and lifting that ice

This is great. But wished you were more accurate because realistically, it doesn’t make sense for todoroki to get first and mono got first in canon who couldn’t be affected in the quirk assessment.
