IMO: Pencil: Fits in BFB better because of her alliance Bracelety: TPOT, Most of Team Ice Cube and Icy herself is on TPOT. Liy: TPOT, was originally meant to join it and could have an arc with Foldy Roboty: BFB, could have an interesting arc with Woody, and their implied connection (in the guidebook) can be explored more 8-Ball: BFB, mainly because Basketball's glow up occurred in the absence of him and he'd be better off independent from his team due to how awful he was as a leader Stapy: TPOT, Foldy David: BFB, his friendship with Roboty Match: BFB, see Pencil Firey Jr: TPOT, can be either, but his rivalry with Naily could be explored more, and there's not much material for us to work off of for him as the others imo. Dora: TPOT, With the members of Bleh that were interested in her like Book and Gaty in TPOT, I feel like she fits here a bit more.

I think Pencil is Tpot because Pencil would want unlimited power at of everyone and Pencil would probably have Ruby to go with her but I do think Match would stay in BFB with Bubble

And in BFB, Match and Pencil have nots, and David is a Have Cots just to try balancing out the numbers. Maybe they could introduce Profily early to the Have Cots so the teams are even idk
Hot take but I see pencil as more likely to join TPOT, Pencil in TPOT means she is in a season without her alliance, or match for that matter Ofc there’s the risk she becomes a background character BUT if not, not being with her alliance actually allows her to make connections to someone other than freesmart OR iance, tho tbh the only interaction she had with iance before getting eliminated was torturing Fanny, being in TPOT also allows her to have some sort of redemption arc, so that’s cool too ig

The alliance would probably have an src going from the match and bubble arc to an entire alliance arc involving pencil with kicking her out of freesmart and probably ruby would get demoted for defending bubble
Honestly Roboty would go to TPOT cause of his hate for Four But if that would be in case he didn't get eliminated then BFB where he would follow David honestly and have arcs with Balloon, Woody and Leafy
