Vid idea. What if each team was 0 overall but had one player on offense and defense that was 99 (different positions on every team) So like the Ravens would have 99 QB and LE Or the browns would have 99 RB and FS, etc.

Can you do a rebuild/series where you are the head coach of a team and have someone else be the owner. The rules are that only the owner can make decisions about who is on the roster, free agency, contracts, drafts, etc. The head coach can’t look at the roster during the offseason and it will be a surprise who is on your team every year. You have to play the practices and/or games for every week or whatever time period you’d like.

I don' t think there's a clear "equation" for dev traits - good players have dev traits except when they don't. The only things that I've seen with any reliability are (1) physical freaks, like 390 pound linemen or 6'8" WRs, will always have hidden dev no matter if they're bad, (2) if a player starts to fall in the draft by at least a round, they're normal dev.
