@@rileybabcock6834 if we had the choice between third person and first person finishers, i would never take it off first person, they look soooo cool this way, obviously some facial animations and slightly modified camera angles would be necessary to make it look polished, but even without, these are way too cool
Third person makes it feel like we're seeing the characters like a movie but first person makes it so brutal bc you are literally on the finisher pov just to show how the apex games are brutal sometimes
@@abdalsamiahsaed7303 it can be a request for a year, the people who made the modified version of apex can't get the code for the newer seasons, a hacker leaked the code back in s3 but they changed it quite a bit so nothing can be done about that

Not that at all. Someone leaked the game's code a year or so ago back in Season 3. With the source code, people can make any mods to the game they want offline. In this case, they changed where the camera is to be first person perspective instead. That's why it looks a bit janky. Since the game code from Season 3 is the only one leaked, no finishers are available for characters that came out after that.
Ok, I would love to see two options to chose from during finishers: 1st. From a specific angle there where they look like for both sides 2nd. POV for both when you preform a finisher or get it preformed on you... Tho, the second one would need some extra work done on face rigs, because you can tell that Respawn didn't made those in some finishers because the camera angle didn't include those on some.
Duuude I wanna see Reviving in first person now. The Caustic one (his default one) has always seemed so brutal and dark with that sound at the start. It was so cool seeing it in first person!
I like the current way because if your teammates coordinate properly and emote or tbag in the background while you do the finisher, you get some hilarious/ very swaggy moments
That was sickkkkk I had to rewatch them......the other day I was playing and idk why but it glitched since they finished me along the edge of the map and it went to first person view for me
Glad I'm not the only one. I think they should be first person for the person saying so there would be more of point to getting them, as they look identical for both people. At the point where the character dies in the finisher, it goes black and puts the recap on screen.
You should do a video where you try and do all the finishers in first person (thought that may need a little editing with things like horizon’s black hole)
These first person finishers would add a lot of value to the collection event skins theyre trying to push on us. Imagine the bloodhound unique finisher being in first person...
Eh, personally I prefer them how they are normally. I really enjoy the way the camera moves around, which hides the other legend's face because they are usually in a neutral expression.
Should be like this anyway, as during the finisher you can still stay engaged in the fight and see what's going on in the background. The angle from the other perspective tends to be more upwards and into the sky
