What If Frisk Was In Smash? (Moveset Ideas: 7) 

I’ve been getting a lot of comments lately asking why doesn’t Frisk turn into Chara when they go genocide. Well to answer that, they technically do, but only in mind, not appearance, just like in the actual game. It’s only fan stuff that depicts Frisk straight up turning into Chara. I show this through Frisk’s behavior in the Genocide Moveset, and even in the depicted taunts and victory animations, especially when they make Chara’s jump scare face. But if I didn’t make that obvious enough then that’s my bad. But yes, Frisk does become Chara, but only in mind, again, just like in Undertale.

For Genocide's victory animation, I think it'd be a great idea if Frisk didn't appear at all, instead all that would appear would be a text box saying "But nobody came".

The down throw is pretty indicative of each move set. Neutral: throw them into the ground. Pacifist: hug tackle. Genocide: F---G STAB THEM A MILLION TIMES!!!

For pacifist mode I think it would be hilarious to include the bird that carries you over the gap in their extra jumps

Wait a sec. Kazuya proved this is actually possible. The main thing holding Frisk back previously was the Sans Mii costume but now that Kazuya got in despite Heihachi Mii this now opens the door for Frisk.

I’ve been going through a bunch of Palutena’s Guidances lately so I figured I’d write some ideas for certain fighters! Not everyone though, obviously, just ones I feel like I have a good grasp on their character, so I’m starting with Frisk! Pit: “Who’s that kid with the stick?” Palutena: “This is Frisk. They may look like your ordinary kid, but they’re quite powerful. In one timeline, they single-handedly freed the monsters trapped in the Underground from their fate.” Pit: “And… what about the other timeline?” Viridi: “They single-handedly murdered everyone.” Pit: “What!?” Palutena: “Back to the fight at hand, keep an eye on the meter above their portrait. That determines which attacks they’ll gain.” If anyone has additions or edits/other ideas for what they should say, feel free to tell me!

Neutral Frisk: Oh yay I won, cool. Pacifist Frisk: Wow, you all did great! GG! Genocide Frisk: *TF DID YOU SAY TO ME*

I feel like it would be cool if frisk could have interactions with papyrus in this, like going pacifist would delay or out right stop sans from coming out and in genocide mode would sans come out faster

I still stand by this. Frisk's Genocide victory animation would begin with Frisk simply walking into frame with his knife, with "Once Upon A Time Playing". The announcer would beginners usuals saying "Frisk Wins", But Frisk throws his knife at him, and the announcer stops as usual speech to scream, followed by silence. Then the screen freezes with Frisk's name on the screen as usual, and the music would fade into "But Nobody Came", and Frisk would simply stare at the screen with a creepy smile.

I feel like Frisk's alts should be based on the 6 souls, with the matching accessory (purple with glasses, yellow with cowboy hat, etc), and the final one being the iconic green and yellow shirt that Asriel, Chara, and Kris all wear.

With the move ‘flex’ for neutral, you should make it so a Aaron is summoned, after this the Aaron disappears but frisk gets a strength boost for 15 seconds, however, her defense is also lowered for 15 seconds and the more you use it the stronger you get but the weaker you get defense wise, you can do up to 3 flexes at a time until it doesn’t work.

Very solid moveset that really encapsulate what Undertale is all about, good job! Although I think that if Frisk ever got into Smash, they will not be referred to as 'Frisk'. They'll probably be called something like "The Human", since official sources (like the merch site) always use terms like that and deliberately avoid using 'Frisk'. For example, the Undertale Tarot Set started as a fanmade thing, and when it became official - one of the few changes they made was turn the 'Frisk' card to 'The Human' card. I dunno if it's because they want to preserve the twist at the end of the True Pacifist Route as much as they can, or is it because 'Frisk' is only considered canonical in the True Pacifist Ending or an even weirder reason but.... it's certainly something they DO even if I don't understand it.

Sans' poison is called 'Karmic retribution'. Unless you kill everyone he literally can't do enough damage to you because you're not evil enough. But once you kill everyone he fights you because you have enough karma to take maximum damage. And he's not lazy he's tired he hints he works four jobs in the game.

Who else notices the most useful thing about the pacifist moveset? It’s extra taunts

Can I recommend Jevil for the next character? I think his stage intro would be him turning into a scythe and flying in or him appearing in a purple puff of smoke and twirling. His jabs would be a swing of his scythe, and his final smash would be a cinematic version of his final attack in Deltarune. Please like if you want this!

I always loved these smash character concept videos because you could actually create said characters in rivals of aether, making them fully playable, and since we get a full video explanation then we can completely understand how to control it and then put that knowledge into use Great video by the way! It was pretty nice, and the drawings makes it even better :)

Frisk technically already had a moveset, although it was in ShadBad88's Lawl Beatdown series. But wow, this version of Frisk's moveset was way more complex. Definitely well thought out.

I have a crazy idea for a down Special. Save - Frisk saves and a save star appears. If Frisk uses down Special again, he will be teleported to it. The save star only last for a little while. It could be possible for all the Frisk modes to have this

I have my own idea for Genocide Frisk's down throw. Instead of stabbing them with a wicked face, they would get ready to do that but then the fighter they're about to stab gets terrified and just jumps out of the grab of their own terror. This means it wouldn't do much damage but would deal a ton of knockback since the opponent is just flailing out of that awkward position without thinking that clearly. I think it'd be funny to see someone like Ganondorf freak out by the presence of a small child.

My personal request: Well let's just say it has a spice of... "CHAOS" Jevil!! By the way deltarune is not the sequel to undertale. I think he would be a floaty character due he can float in his deltarune battle. He would be a medium weight character or similar to that weight. His taunt would be him yelling his common phrases such as: "chaos,CHAOS!" or "I can do anything!" Also "metamorphosis." And for his winning animation would have him laugh over and over while chasing his tail in the air then glair at the other players with the devils knife aggressively the put it away and giggle. Jevil would also frequently swing his devils knife For attacks. His up smash would have him spin his tail like a helicopter. Down smash would have him smash a spade ♠️ or diamond 💎 or clover 🍀 into the ground having lots of knockback. Or do your own moveset

If Nintendo doesn't add this, I'll have to make a "brawlfan1" fangame sometime soon.

A few more ideas and details. * Pacifist Frisk can heal slightly with hope (1 or 2%) if they aren’t hit. * Genocide Frisk has an alternate face on the hud, showing Chara’s grin. * All modes have a unique respawn platform in the form of a black dialogue box that says “file loaded”. Genocide Frisk would have the text change from white to red.

A very cool list! But I have some changes for me like I did with Flowey’s SSB Discussion. -For one of Genocide Frisk’s grabs, she would grab them by their neck and make the same face as the Chara Jumpscare when you choose DO NOT ERASE after brutally murdering both Asgore and Flowey, thus every single monster in the underground, dealing not that much damage but sends the enemy FLYING! And there is an ending animation for me, for Neutral, Pacifist and Genocide. Neutral: Frisk sees her opponent injured, and so she calls Alphys and Undyne to help. Pacifist: Frisk tries to help her “opponent” and has three dialogues. “Oh no!! What have I done..?” “Oh my-I’m sorry! Can you stand up??” “Woah...is it really that bad?” This is a reference from one of Honoka’s ending animations from the Dead Or Alive series. Where as the Genocide Frisk just goes towards them and plunges the knife into their stomach and leaves with the knife still in the enemy.

It would be cool if the Thumbnail had a half dark, half light background, showing that depending on how you play, Frisk is either a hero or a villian

This is a great, creative take on the character and negates almost all problems that one would have trying to interpret Pacifist (canon) Frisk as a fighter. It embodies the original ideas of the game, as in forcing you to commit to one side and rewarding you with either fun moments or extreme power.

I was kinda skeptical about how this move-set would turn out, but after watching the entire video, i absolutely adore it!

Here is my ideas for the final smashes. Neutral: Frisk leaps into the air and summons a giant save star. the star then launches randomly around the stage like Pac Man's final smash and hits opponents. Pacifist: Frisk uses the save button which shoots a ray that hits the opponent/s. If the beam hits the screen will go white, then show a cutscene of Toriel, Papyrus, Undyne, Sans, and Asgore summoned around Frisk. Toriel will blast the opponent with fire. Then Papyrus will summon flying bones that hit the opponent from all sides. Then Undyne will barrage the opponent with spears. Sans hits the opponent with one lousy flying bone that hits the opponent in the face. And finally Asgore will hop up and slash the opponent several times with his trident. Then the screen will fade to white again. It will inflict damage and launch the opponent of the side of the stage. If the opponent already had a lot of damage taken Frisk will most likely get a K.O. Genocide: Frisk swiftly jumps up in the air with their knife and tries to stab the opponent. If the stab hits the opponent, the opponent will be pinned on the ground while trying to keep Frisk's knife from stabbing them. Sans appears far behind Frisk and summons a Gaster Blaster and is about to try to shoot Frisk. Frisk notices this and backflips off the opponent. Sans accidently shoots the opponent with the Blaster and if the opponent had a significant amount of damage dealt, the blast would most likely get Frisk a K.O.

I think Frisk as a whole would be friends with Villager, because both can be genocidal, but no one realizes the pacifism in their games,so Frisk comforts Villager in a friendly way after the match.

Maybe doing certain actions could decrease the opposing bar ? Like, avoiding conflict would decrease the genocide bar, while attacking would decrease the pacifist one. I think that could be fun, since it would require Neutral Frisk players to balance out their actions more often.

I honestly think the pacifist route should have other souls/monsters using their attacks to protect them, as what happens when Flowey attempts to kill you on several occasions. This also will allow you to *deal damage.*

I just had an idea: Frisk could have something similar to palutenas guidance by using “CHECK” on the opponent. The description will have 4 states, neutral-pacifist, total pacifist, neutral-genocide, total genocide. The more brutal runs will be pessimistic while the more peaceful runs will be more positive

I think I'd use Frisk way too often if they were in the game. This moveset is great and I'd have a lot of fun using it ^^ Also with the genocide final smash... Why not just make Frisk hit their opponents and have them appear in the Judgement Hall? I think it'd be a nice touch

There should be a cue when you get a mode. Genocide: the player looks down and turns slightly darker. Pacifist: the player let's off a sparkle and turns a bit brighter.

Out of all the movesets this is my favorite and I think should be in Smash

As a little bonus, perhaps Frisk's clapping animation (when they lose or the game ends prematurely), if in Neutral mode they'll just be clapping with that neutral face, not really upset or happy, Pacifist would have them have a gentle smile, as if happy that the opponents won (the good sport that they are), and Genocide would have them not clapping at all, just standing there, grabbing their arm and having a shadow over their eyes, as if they were a little disappointed with how the battle turned out (after they lost or, worse yet, the battle ended without any bloodshed).
