If i see another “this is out of character for Vegeta” comment. This is a Vegeta who’s experience,matured,and isn’t a cocky cunt because he can’t be a cunt or a cocky asshole in this world that they live in. He would’ve matured up ffs And for the power in the what If, we are going by the manga. Gohan lost to 17 at 50% but he’s a lot stronger now however still below 17 and 18. I’d say it would take android 17 85% to kill future Gohan and 90% for Vegeta It’s just like how dragon ball power levels are a lot more exponential. Like how Vegeta who’s only 1.09% stronger than Dodoria completely bodied him.
Yeah, I mean if present Vegeta can change so much in the Buu Saga enough to sacrifice himself when the chips are down, I don't see why future Vegeta after years and years wouldn't mellow out especially under these terrible circumstances. If Gohan's kind nature can reform a "demon king" after just one year, just think what several years around that type of influence could do to a Vegeta who was already starting to mellow out just a tad to begin with. As far as the power scaling? I'm fine with it. Sometimes you just have to make things more interesting in the narrative as well. I'm eagerly awaiting the next part dude, keep up the good work :).
So in order to grow senzu beans you need Korin the cat his fertilizer is part of what gives the beans the healing properties so if he isn't dead you still have senzu beans but they take a long time to grow so when future Gohan says only one bean left he doesn't mean it's the last one ever just that he won't be able to get more for a while as far as I know it could take months for a new crop of senzu beans to be ready, I just didn't understand why he wouldn't show Trunks where Korin's tower is unless Korin died somehow then it was the actual last senzu bean
@@Tylearn in the original future gohan was almost equal to android 17 and 18, it was just that 2 people of his same lvl were ganging up on him and on top of that had infinite energy and that was him training by himself or with peiple who had much weaker power lvls, Vegeta trains ridiciously hard literaly to the breaking point, now your telling me in 13 years in which he trains with gohan, they should both be at peak of super saiyan grade 1 of not super saiyan 2
Agreed. But he would be furious at his loss. He'd feel he needed to live up to his pride. But remember, when he was clearly out matched on Namek, Vegeta fought very intelligently. So I do think he would act more practically working with allies, developing a plan and not just charging in.
What if Goku married Bulma after the tournament instead of Chi Chi so you would still have Gohan be born but he could be a fighter because Bulma is his mom Vegeta could either marry Chi Chi or 18
After 13 years of training Vegeta would be able to go SSJ 2 easily. He is a full blood sayian and a true fighter and different from Trunks and Gohan. Also Gohan would be pretty stupid to just go fight the androids alone without Vegeta while on errands. Why would he do that? Thats stupid.
I dont think that vegeta would have been so kindhearted that he would regret not being able save everyone. Heres what really would have happened. Once vegeta survived and woke up from the rubble, he would be furious. Once he sees the dead bodies of his friends, he would be shocked and angry over the androids, but not so much as stated in the video. He would meditate and stay away from his every loved one for days and days. He will then find a way to get stronger. Then we will see him training in bulma's gravity chamber non stop for as long as 8 months. That would be enough for him to beat the androids, and then he would go and beat them easily. This would turn out to be a boring story, which is why probably he died in the battle.
Except for the fact, Gohan with 13 years of training wasn't enough to fight the androids... and it was outright stated in the manga that 17 and 18 never used more than half their power in any of their encounters with him. While I do believe that the future trio would be more powerful and capable than the future duo (Gohan and Trunks) of canon, without the time chamber they're pretty much screwed. Even with three years of intense regular training in the main timeline, Vegeta was still curbstomp by Android 18, and judging by his reaction to Piccolo's power after fusing with Kami (who post fusing was more or less equal too if not slightly stronger than 17) it's safe to say that the gap between a regular super saiyan and the androids are substantial (Especially as it's reiterated over and over that Android 18 is only slightly weaker than 17 and even then she didn't seem to pressed about Piccolo's display of power until he charged that big energy blast against imperfect Cell) hell she even offered to swap out with 17 despite witnessing how even the fight was between them... it has to be if they are able to dominate two super saiyans for more them a decade, even when factoring in potential Zenkai boosts from near-death encounters.
@@SK13736 The circumstances in the future timeline, would invoke a change in Vegeta. He was *good* by the time of the Buu saga! it's that with Goku coming back for only 24h and seeing the gap between him, and his rival, made him so angry he lied to himself about going back to his own ways. Goku even calls him out on his BS. The only OOC thing is, Vegeta should be more stoic, at the very least outwards. That's how he grew up, and it's his character trade mark. Plus he became guilty a bit sooner than he should. (I'm not saying, that Vegeta can't be distraught, but I don't think he had that much bond with the other Z-fighters. I respectful, acknowledgement about giving their all with a ghost of sadness would have been more in character IMO.)

Why can't Vegeta and Gohan train like in Space or somewhere using a gravity chamber for a year in real time and get the same effect? That isn't the case, they got stronger QUICKER than if they trained outside, but if there's no actual hurry, then the Time Chamber isn't a necessity
Wait. But shouldn't Gohan Be stronger because of vegeta? Which if that's the case, Gohan might survive (barely, in fact, so barely that trunks still thinks he's dead and goes SSJ) So we have 3 SSJ's One on the brink of death (Yeah, if gohan gets a senzu bean, he gets a major zenkai.). Plus, Trunks was on the brink of ssj with only training with gohan, Gohan and Vegeta? I think Trunks gets SSJ in the 13 Year Timeskip. Plus, with Vegeta achieving SSJ, shouldn't it mean that Trunks can become a SSJ at like, 7? Just asking.

They might even teach goten and trunks as well, piccolo would want to learn it, same with the z-fighters, so in all honesty, buu has to beat someone down to the point they can't even move their fingertip. Then they could be absorbed. Or, he could try to copy the kaioken, but that's unlikely. Not to mention the fact that he'd start off as fat buu. So he's screwed, since he has the intelligence of a 3-year-old when he's in his "Fat Buu" Form. Plus supreme kai would be pushing for buu to be killed, so EVERYTHING is against buu here.
Strangely think he would train for ssj2, or regrow his tail, could lead to ssj4 but no idea. Vegeta would know if he gained his tail he could get stronger just getting it and fusing ssj with oozaru would be a sure win.
Yo, that's actually a great idea. He could at least get his tail back and discover Golden Great Ape with enough self control to not attack his allies at the very least. SSJ4 is a cool idea but for plot purposes let's just say that while it's theoretically possible it takes a shit ton of training to get there. Mastery of SSJ2 and full control of Golden Great Ape which if he gained either one of those alone it would be enough to win. But totally man, I like where your head is at :).
@@jreddtrex1618 thanks, I think the time chamber is great for mastering base oozaru/great ape, future vegeta goes ssj and lost control but past vegeta got a glimpse of ssj4, kinda like Gohan had ssj2 for a second. They work on making their base oozaru into humanoid forms/ikari. Both vegeta's walk out mastering ikari but go in too master ssj using Goku's method and it comes quicker future vegeta ask goku how he did it and maybe goku tells him of Gohan having ssj2 or goku tells him, "if you think mastering the normal ssj is powerful Gohan shown me something greater." Both vegeta's goes in and they master ssj but future vegeta have himself and past vegeta meditate, and tells vegeta to focus on the battle and on your rage, let it all out but do not lose control. They do it in ssj, forcing more and more power, but this was only 8 hours in the day the rest went to training, sleeping and eating. Vegeta could get ssj4 after the 7 year time skip. I think trunks will as well, that goes for future and past. But in their timelines
@@jreddtrex1618 maybe vegeta got it around the bojack movie, didn't happen in the main timeline but around that time, but the rage and anger took him a few years to control, and teaching trunks took the rest of the time, vegeta took Gohan for some training of his oozaru and ssj2 but Gohan stopped after while too study and he just trained with vegeta once a day for a few hours too once a week for a few hours and once Gohan had school he just stopped until the tournament

Might be more of an impact if Vegeta is on the cusp of it but losing someone during the Buu fight brings it out of him. Like he's strong enough but still needs a trigger perhaps? Haha I don't know man I'm just spit balling ideas here. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens :).

Kinda going with what vegeta said with kale, how it might be a saiyan's true form or it must be a true ssj form. It gives the user more of a power boost than ssj2 but do not have the power drainage of ssj3, it also works rapidly using zenkai boost, kinda like ultra instant but just off of rage and not control
Facts. The vegeta of this period wouldnt even be sad .frustrated and angry sure,but he wouldnt never cry for goku. In any case,he would just scoff, and go training alone immediately, after some time maybe he gets gohan too and gets a strong partner .otherwise, he wouldn't do that crying
If vegeta survived his first fight, he would have trained for at least a year with gohan. He would've came back, killed the androids, and live happily ever after, at least until the buu arc.
@@wendellc7526 legit. With gohan as a super sayian too , their bond and trust would grow and their power would rise tremendously, as both would be hella strong and would get stronger together. And vegeta is also a very effective teacher so trunks would probably go ssj sooner,plus vegeta would also integrate his powerfull training techniques like gravity training,heck they may even discover the time chamber. And thus in at least 1-5 years of training .we would have at least 3 rly strong super sayian and given vegetas talent and being a prodigy , he would probably go past ssj grade 1 and discover grade 2 in all these years and teach it to gohan . And thus we would have 2 ssj 1 grade 2s and 1 ssj1 grade 1 ( trunks) . Plus vegetas and gohan crazy anger potential ,they would totally he able to defeat the androids after some time .time travel wont even be required imo

@@Tylearn it is.because at that point that was post cell arc vegeta who was starting to change and sss the burst of earth and his family.this is android saga vegeta at the start if the what if , a vegeta that was still arrogant, anger filled .he would be frustrated and angry but not cry ,he would be more like :GODDAMN ANDROIDS! HOW DARE THEY?! THEY KILL KAKAROT BEFORE ME AND HUMILIATE ME ?! ,THE PRINCE OF ALL SAYIANS?!! This will not stand ,I vow to surpass these androids no matter what!! So at first he train alone , gets stronger but still gets beaten in some fights. So eventually he has trunks as a son and also decides to take gohan 1 or 2 years later on his training and they train together ,achieving new heights. Trunks achieves ssj sooner at just 10, whereas vegeta and gohan get stronger and stronger,tho they still get beaten , they fare better each time ,until one day vegeta would mellow down ,decide to seek power to protect instead to get revenge and thus he would aim for a power beyond a super sayian and after 1- 5 years more ,he discovers ssj grade 2 and other forms and defeats the androids together with gohan. Yes you are right ,vegeta would change with time immensely , but not right after the first android fight. He would in no way cry for goku. Eventually he would be sad years later that this pure blooded comrade was killed,but he wouldnt cry

Wait I got a question since Vegeta has been trained with Gohan for 13 years why hasn't Vegeta or Gohan have not be able to go Super Saiyan 2 and killed 17 and 18? I mean since I pretty sure that Vegeta and Gohan has been training intensely together so why haven't vegtea and Gohan not been able to kill the Android's 17 and 18.
You make a pretty good point. I think they are both superior than 17 and 18 combined, but stamina just defeats them. Unless you kill them right off the bat, you're screwed.
The androids are dead. No question. Let's see here, in the original goku had about 7 Years to train on king kai's planet. This time he has about 13.5 Years. So he'd probably master SSJ3 at that point. Even if we assume it takes him 3 years to learn SSJ grade 2-4 and 1 year for SSJ2, that still leaves about 9.5 years to train up SSJ3
@Alex the dominator I searched the exact question and the only thing it said is that you don't keep your body in otherworld if you're neutral, and in hell your soul is just purged of its memories and reincarnated. heroic people (goku for instance) kept their bodies in otherworld. and if you die while your dead, you vanish completely and its perma-death basically. you can't even go to the otherworld. this is the first page of the search, do I need to go deeper? since goku didn't die in otherworld.

Yeah no like a lot of people are saying in this comment section, Vegeta crying at the beginning is way WAAAAAAAAAY to out of characters, he wouldn't cry because he "failed to save everybody" early Android Saga Vegeta wouldn't give a single fuck, hell he just blown up a whole city without giving a fuck barely few minutes earlier, for him saying "Goku would know what to do" could be in character for this version of Vegeta though since Goku is dead this time around, as for "Vegeta cried because of Broly" That is completely different crying because he realize he is overpowered and powerless against an insanely strong enemy can destroy Vegeta Pride so crying for that specific reason can be in character for him as shown with Frieza, but here he wasn't overpowered or felt complete crushing defeat at all, he even wanted to fight the androids again right away, in his mind he could still win his pride wasn't destroyed. As for the power scaling yeah Vegeta and Gohan were too weak here too, in DBZ people seem to grow insanely fast when training in pairs, especially when both are nearly of the same power which is why Future Gohan never truly got that strong since he didn't know how to train and had no actual real training buddy, but here he got Vegeta who know how to train well its all he does, both of them training together would make Gohan insanely strong real fast and once Gohan can go SSJ and start to train with Vegeta more seriously, the two of them would completely dominate the androids after merely a years or two of training let along 13 years which is so long for DBZ... There is no way and I mean no way in hell that Vegeta and Gohan training for nearly 13 years wouldn't be light years above the androids in term of power, like come on Tylearn... Edgynigerian1 before he met goku vegeta never trained in his life he only conquered planets which only led him to being 18,000 despite being born with a 10,000 power level also only reason he got the power up quicker was due to the chamber sure eventually he would reach that power up but remember how long it TotM him to reach super saiyan 2 that alone proves it would take him way longer to achieve it

This what if is honestly pretty jank. The only way Vegeta and Gohan haven't beaten the Androids in 10 years is if you completely throw away any of the conventions and well established rules of training in the Universe. Vegeta's characterization changes are very weird or convenient for the plot, but I could ignore that if the What if made sense. It has been shown that training with someone boosts your training. If assuming Vegeta is about the same power as he was in the main timeline when he fought 19, and then trained with Gohan, they'd be powerful. After a year of training with minimal team training with Trunks, Vegeta was able to over power Semi-Perfect Cell. Imagine if Gohan and Vegeta train. With Vegeta's sudden shift in personality, he'd train with Gohan, push beyond the Super Saiyan wall. I dunno if they'd discover SS grade 4, or come up with the idea to stay in SSJ for an extended period of time, but Vegeta at the very least would be roughly the same power as Super Vegeta, and y'all saw that he blow off a good portion of Cell with his full power. While it didn't beat Cell, an Android? There wouldn't even be any buts or bolts left from the blast. This scenario is a great idea, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. What would happen if Vegeta survived the initial Android attack? He and Gohan would train and beat the Androids within 2 years
Worse timeline ever ... imperfect cell Shows up during the goku & piccolo vs raditz. He would absorb everyone Then make he way to namek and massacre all the namekians, frieza army , the ginyu force,frieza himself ,king cold,future trunks only for cell To be killed by either dabura or majin buu.
Isn't Vegeta and Gohan would be much stronger. Also Gohan was able to take one on one with 18. He only had problem with 17. So in this scenario Vegeta and Gohan training for 13 years would have wipe the floor out of both andriods. Also I think for this long fighting Gohan having more expert fighter Vegeta they would have unlocked SSJ grade 1 & 2 which were more stronger then android as well cell second form.
The only way he could survie the androids and cell was to practice and use his Self Destruction bomb. It will be tons of work, but it's worth the risky move. Until the buu saga.....Jk he would eventually go Ssj3 (finally) and whoop Buu's ass.

ok i get it that this story is meant to be fun but like if vegeta was alive, wouldn't he have known that there is a form beyond super saiyan which is grade 2 ssj like how he did in the normal timeline? I can almost garauntee that in 13 years he could've unlocked at least grade 2,3 and even 4. Gohan couldn't reach it by himself since he didn't know if there was something beyond but vegeta did and also vegeta and gohan training together would likely make each of them even wayyyyy more powerful
Funny that the armour vegeta would wear would be the normal cell arc armour since in dbs the goku black arc happends in the year future trunks goes to past. And in the Goku black arc he wears his usual armuor. Sry for bad spelling
Nah, Vegeta would train Gohan and Trunks. They should all be immensely stronger and take down the androids especially considering these androids are weaker than their main timeline counterparts
Cool idea, but two years of training with F.Trunks in the chamber were enough to get him above the androids. Should've added more to the story to impede his potential training. Destroy the gravity chamber, have him constantly on the run, etc.
Why couldn't future gohan go back to planet namek and use their dragonballs to bring the z fights back stronger then they where before they fought the androids
Oh here's a good one that I think it's actually pretty decent what if future Goku survived his heart virus what would happen but he be more serious. Or would it maybe be him taking for granted what happened to his son because I think in this time on if he survived he would have sought the death of Gohan instead
