@@diabilix that was called "miracle on the Vistula" and if you know history just a bit more than average then you would guess that Wrangell rebellion in Crimea and battle for Warszawa happened at the same time

FDR's AI is coded to really hate Germany, which causes odd diplomatic problems when Germany removes the Nazis and restores democracy. I still can't say I know how they ended up at war though.

The answer to that is when historical paths is active the country will follow the most historic actions regardless of ideology.
