If DIO would have attacked Giorno first in the game he would have lost because it would have revert him to Zero, but since GER made contact with The World Over Heaven's fists he basically fucked himself.

@@josueoriashurtado1326 and as shown when goku fought hit, he forced himself into the future using SSB and kaioken x10 in order to nullify hits time skip (despite the name it’s more like DIOS time stop). And since DIO is much weaker than most dragon ball characters goku would most likely only need up to SSJ2
