@BrawlFan1 Maybe this can be addressed in a mistakes and changes stream, but i think it would be not only easier but more true to the games if the options showed up around henry with a graphic, like shulk. Add the impostor from among us or the crewmate I can see some attacks with the crewmate and tasks and u get impostor or crewmate its random or it could be like the firsk system and maybe the finale smash for crewmate is voting out everybody and maybe impostor is killing a player like bowsers finale smash u could hit more players but you mostly hit one player and as impostor u could vent like a telport

Most Wanted: Henry uses a special device that sucks up a single person close to him, and depending on who he sucks up, proceeds to use their own final smash against them Charles: ... For his reveal trailer, I was thinking that Wario would be chilling in his house, where he would be checking a security camera, admiring his treasures. That is until he sees Joker about to take a purple gem (in referencing to Wario World), Joker's about to take it, until Henry falls in front of Joker with the teleporter in hand. He gets up and looks around to see Joker, and then once he waves at him and turns around, his mind immediately goes to taking the gem first, which causes Joker and Henry to fight each other. His gameplay would play, and at the end, Joker falls in defeat, only for Wario to show up at the end to see the gem gone and Joker on the floor in pain. Wario would look around, only for Henry to prepare to jump out the window, where Charles would be there to assist him (cause Charles needed him to take it in order for research). Once Henry jumps out the window, he'd fall due to the weight of the gem, even though he got pretty far with the jump.
I get that he makes a lot of references, but there's more to him than that. He would be the only choose your own adventure game in smash, and a master in that field. I don't think Puff Balls is gonna be very pleased with this move set. My idea: Show all possible moves at the current moment (mid-air, standing, crouching) so that, when Henry attacks, it looks like he's making a choice, like in the games. As for his actual attacks, they should all be references to the variety of choices Henry has made, not just moves from other characters.
With the final two costumes, He isn't dressing up as Ellie/Charles, they just take over, such as with Minecraft Steve, how you can be Steve, Alex, Zombie, or Enderman.
This is how I imagine his reveal trailer: It starts with several characters with valuables, such as Peach, Hero, and others. During a fight, their valuables (Peach’s Crown, Hero’s sword, ect.) just disappear. Meanwhile, Wario is at a castle, hugging a purple jewel, when that disappears as well. Then is shows Joker, of all people, running with a $ bag, containing the stolen valuables. While making his escape, a mysterious device (the teleporter) falls in front of him. As Joker stares at it, confused, Wario catches him and attempts to shoulder bash him. But while he’s dashing, three more jewels (The diamond, ruby, and and emerald) falls and blocks his path. While Wario tries to regain his consciousness from such a hard bash towards heavy objects, Henry Stickmin falls on top of Joker and knocks him out. As Henry gets up, he notices the $ bag, puts the teleporter and the three jewels in, and runs off with sinister smile on his face. HENRY STICKMIN BREAKS NEW GROUNDS! Other stuff: Series icon: The teleporter Stage: a traveling stage that goes through the different locations of the Stickmin games. I’ll call it “The Collection”. It will always travel through the same locations in the same order: The bank, the prison, the museum, the Toppat crash site/CCC tower, the Wall, and the Toppat “secret” launch site. Charles crashes in with a SEA of invites in the helicopter. After it’s smashed and the rest of the trailer is done, you see Charles just stand there in the middle of the rubble and say “I’m ok!” Before CUT
Personally I feel the Charles final smash would be a cinematic one, like Henry pulls out an earpiece and does a glare forward, anyone caught in the glare (Like being caught in Dark Pit's line of sight) could stun and get sent off. They then find themselves on the staircase of The Wall, it cuts to Henry and Charles in the Helicopter, flying forward as Charles sings "This is the greatest plaaaaaan~!" As a bonus, Ellie could be in the helicopter too and even the one guard that was higher could try to run away.

When using the Ellie and Charles skins, the voices should change accordingly and there should be way more voice lines as they both talk a lot more than Henry.
Ellie as an echo fighter: stronger A attacks, more mundane items with similar effects, though more reliable. Henry is a luck and logic-based character, largely playing off of what you know from his game, while Ellie tends to have more obvious choices for each situation, and while they aren’t as spectacularly powerful or horrible for her, most of them can be used in all situations. She’s more reliable, while Henry tends to be more wacky. She also has a smaller pool to draw from, so you can often predict what she’ll be able to do, letting her act as a more long-term strategist as opposed to Henry’s in-the-moment improvisation.
I can see all her grabs at least being invisible ranged ones like Ness and others. She wields The Force in Fleeing the Complex, or some kind of telekinetic power, grabbing Henry to lift him up, so using that for her grabs would be very appropriate.
@@timdrugge907 There's also the option to have her use the Force in one of the paths of Completing the Mission, though I don't remember which one off the top of my head, so yeah that's canonically a thing she can do.

He's gotten on a few people's nerves however including the government, the top hat Clan, and a prison for profit that is known as the wall. Unless I've been kept out of the loop on something very important, he's on his own here. Snake: for a procurement specialist his kit is rather unorthodox, it would seem as if he's just randomly pulling devices and gear not caring what it is. That's not a way to carry out a robbery or acquisition of Hardware of any variety. Frog: that seems to be his bread-and-butter and the key to his success. Snake: seems like dumb luck to me. Frog: I know, you and I are of a similar skill set if I can take him so can you. Snake: have you ever taken him on? Frog: no but you and I have both taken on worse and walked away. Imagine if a player gets desperate while being edgeguarded, they top deck, get g-inverter, and spike the opponent. That would be a legendary reversal. This sounded better in my head okay
Ideas i have to make the character maybe just a bit better: 1: Charles doesn't directly lock onto henry, he just flies in the *very near* vicinity of him. So it makes sense that charles just crashes near henry, and not directly onto him. 2: Ellie and charles should have separate names in the character select screen because yes they are different characters. 3: If charles is selected as a character and uses the final smash, Henry should replace charles (he does this in the games once) 4: For the entrance, Henry should just be dropped off by Charles instead of using teleporter (because every time Charles has been an option, he has always been nearby and it would only make sense that charles is nearby if he is an option in the final smash) 5: if using the down special with the teleporter, henry should smash it (like he does in ctm) and it will zip him around everywhere for 5 seconds when he will just teleport to the center of the stage. 6: When losing a game as henry, the FAIL screen should show up in some way 7: Ellie should be in the moveset somehow, and not just as a costume. Perhaps maybe used in a few of the special attacks. 8: maybe 100 special attacks is a bit too much, and too luck based for a character. 9: All of the references from nintendo games that were changed due to copyright could be changed back to the original sounds. (i know you didnt mention that but i still wanted to say that) 10: If you win with charles final smash, there should be a special win animation (probably like the SBO ending from ctm)
I really like the ‘Fail’ idea, but consider that being a part of the Charles Final Smash. You select it and it drags people in. Anybody caught gets onto a one way trip to a cinematic cutscene where Charles comes rushing them before it cuts off to a ‘Fail Screen’ saying ‘The greatest plans of Pikachus and Kens always go kaboom’ unless Henry waited the full 3 seconds where it’d say ‘You really need to work on your reflexes...’ Just some ideas. Also, the first line is of course referencing the saying ‘the best laid plans of mice and men always go astray’. Just a bit of literature humor.

I would honestly love if Henry had references to other Flash Games, like Fancy Pants, Riddle School, etc. Whether it would be in his taunts, as spirits, or just generally in his move set as references. If Henry gets in, I would see him not only be a Henry Stickmin rep but also just generally a Newgrounds/Flash Player rep so giving him references to other Flash Games would be really cool and fitting for him since he's kind of the most known character, coming from Newgrounds besides Fancy Pants and Super Meat Boy.
Papa Louie, yeah he's got enough for a complete movement Also you should do a video on characters you want in smash but not as fighters (Assist trophies, Spirits, Mii costumes, items possibly and stages and stage hazards, check, maybe even the announcer's voice, I would love to see Game or any of the other programs say the character's names)

I have an idea for a Henry Stickmin trailer: Henry is at his house, until his doorbell rings. There is a Sakurai character which is a stickman, the Sakurai Stickman says “This is for you.” And gives him the letter. He dashes off immediately after reading it.

What if it had a special effect that happens incredibly rare, the charles in the helicopter says "Wait, why is there another me" then the game glitches a bit, "GAME!!!! NO CONTE-" then it glitches back to the stage, where everybody loses a stock, and I mean EVERYONE

@@crazycap2945 But Barista is small, and most of the characters in Rhythm Heaven are not. That many disjoints and weird properties would either be: 1. Perfectly in character 2. Really awkward to look at. Perhaps the Barista could stand on someone? (Say, Dog Ninja, for example.) Dog Ninja could morph into the different characters where applicable, while other certain references (say, Air Rally or Samurai Slice) he simply doesn't change. while Barista stands on his shoulder, giving guidance. Still gives a reason for all characters appearing, and Barista remains constant throughout.
Henry's reveal trailer would totally be him stealing a Sapphire (because Pokemon Gen 3 reference) from Wario, Ellie fighting Waluigi to foreshadow her being an assist trophy. HENRY STICKMIN Steals a victory!
Here's an idea: alongside the "What if they were in Smash" series, why not also start a "What if they had new moves" series? Take characters already in Smash that have outdated movesets or identical movesets to other characters, and give them fresh, new ones?

I feel for the Charles final smash it could be similar to Bowser's or Pit's where he gets on the helicopter with Charles and crashes into where the targeting circle is, but takes some damage as well. As a bonus, maybe with the Ellie alt it has all 3 of them, and the Chrales alt only has Charles. Also i know special team victory screens aren't a thing, but it would be cool if, when a Henry and Ellie win it references Pardoned Pals or Convict Allies, if a Henry and Charles win it references Special Brovert Ops, and if a Henry, Ellie and Charles win, it references Triple Threat. Also, if Toppat Henry and Ellie win, it could reference Toppat King.
Better final smash options: Government: Charles' plan Tophat clan: Either the airship or the laser from the space-station CCC: Same thing, Nuke Ellie: Rides Motorcycle while shooting everything. Extra option: The wall: Idk someone suggest something
His final smash is him prepering to use a IwinInstantly-inator only for it to be destroyed by perry the platopus after witch it falls on the fighter cought in this cinematic final smash.

My idea for the final smash would be "call for help" where you would be given a choice between Charles's "greatest plan", the tophats who would send down a giant laser from space, or doing an intricate combo-attack with Elly. (or Henry if you are using an Elly alt-costume). And the victory screen would be dependent on witch one you chose the most thought out the game
One thing that I just realized about the G-Inverter: Since you can only die off the top blastzone by being launched, using the G-Inverter Up Special without any stage above you will actually just let you use a budget version of Hero’s Zoom, except you have to fall naturally afterwards.
For people who don't want randomised movesets I had an idea: The smash attacks and tilts would make use of some of Henry's more famous gadgets in their animations where it wouldn't look weird. His specials are the ones that change the most, I decided to make them be the parts of the Henry games I think are the most iconic: His Side Special would use his scooter. It drives in the direction you use it and cannot turn. You must press the jump button to dismount it. Colliding with people does a moderate amount of damage and a bit of knockback however you can choose to do another special attack whilst on it [all referencing the Intruder on a Scooter path of Stealing the Diamond]: Down to pull out a shield (low damage, high knockback, reflects head on projectiles) Forward to pull out a Lance (High damage, Sticks high % players to it (like Steve's minecart) Neutral to pull out a mace (High damage, default knockback, hitbox is above Henry) Up to jump (the bike jumps (the normal jump input is for dismounting)) (normal damage and knockback, purely for mobility) Backwards to wheelie, (colliding with someone mid-wheelie will stop the bike forcing Henry off it and will do very high damage and knockback to the person however Henry cannot dismount the bike if using this move so missing when driving towards a ledge will make you lose a stock). His Down special is a move I'd call 'Partner', it would have a meter that works a lot like Joker's but it summons the help of one of 3 partners in a cycle (also takes longer to fill the meter): Ellie, she would work a bit like Nana does for Popo by increasing potential damage dealt by Henry and making combos easier. Charles, he wouldn't be on the battlefield himself but in his helicopter in the background. He will shoot a random opponent (a crosshair will appear where they are standing and he will shoot 1 second later, if they move in that time then it will miss). After 5 shooting attempts Charles will decide to fly his helicopter into the stage it takes longer to hit but it has a much larger area of damage so Henry should aim throws or stun people in the area (can hit Henry too though). Reginald, he will assist Henry but play more dirty than Ellie. He does even more damage than she does but if Henry ever goes above 100% whilst he is out, he will betray Henry and try to hit him instead (if this happens he will attack Herny once before disappearing which can be dodged). He will not spawn if Henry is already above 50%, Henry will only get Ellie or Charles. Neutral Special would be a move called "Reference" which functions similar to Kirby. Henry pulls out a gadget that references the nearest fighter to him (for the majority of fighters this just means he'll get their Neutral Special like Kirby does e.g. Mario's Fireballs but when the move isn't simple like Kirby's own Neutral Special he will get either a different special attack of theirs or an item from their game (whichever works better in the neutral slot). (I couldn't think of an Up Special that I'd call iconic for him, there are a lot of gadgets that would work but not of them stand out to me)
I think his up special could be that pulse or force gun he uses in the Airship mission to propel himself upward while pushing opponents directly below him downwards
Fun cosmetic thing for the dance off taunt: Ellie Rose can appear out of nowhere and punch Henry in the face to stop henry from completing the full dance, unless the ellie outfit is used, in which case she'll snatch his wig and henry will stop to get the wig back, though it looks like a punch. Though if Ellie and Charles were a big part of the moveset, I think they'd relegated to either certain smashes and/or the taunts.
Henry Stickmin would be great if he was in Smash, but if he doesn’t get in, I hope the Stickmin Collection gets ported to the Switch. Because that would be awesome
