I have an idea if you do continue this series! I think instead of having One for all (all for one in canon) having his quirk unknown, I think you should you it like it did in canon. All for one (canon) was known for giving quirks but I think you forgot the other use for his quirk. All for one used to take quirks that people did not wanted. I think it might be nice if you incorporated that to the plot. Maybe you could have it that One for one (all for one in canon) have taken too many quirks, like a quirk that makes everything you touch into gold so it’s super inconvenient, so he’s straining himself. Just an idea! Love your channel!!

Soo Shirakumo is still Kurogiri becose he was caught in Hero Fight and Died. Aizawa and Micro was deprest after his death soo they become a Villan. One for all cenot let him die soo he revive Shirakumo and give him Teleportation Qirk. I fink that was helpful sorry i have Dyslexia

You know have at least one way to deku get one for all in this what if, all might is running away from the police and heros while thinking on who he can give his quirk and bumps into izuku allmight sees more heros coming then look back to deku "you will serve" says all might, grabbing deku and hiding.deku that is only 11 begins his forced training and after 10 months he gets all for one then after other month of training he is saved by the heros.

Great idea but wouldn't a good shigaraki want his quirk taken so he can touch people he could even be given float or black whip implying a good AFO would have taken those quirks from the previous OFA users rather than killing them. Nezu would make a terrifying villain he could even take the doctors role working as right hand man to all might
