I wouldn't get killed. I would fight more serious and creates ice children/mini versions of me, which would fight the slayers. I'm not weakened from the poison. I would later retreat and join the battle with Kokushibo. Mine mini ice clones would continue fighting Kanae, Shinobu, Inosuke and Kanao. One of them dies and the others are badly hurt.

We saw how powerful douma is by the glimpse of ice budda. If kanea also fights douma there will be total of 4 slayers fighting him and two of are hashiras so he may become serious and will obviously kill not only the kocho sisters, kanao and inosuke but also all the demon slayers as he was fighting seriously. Because he don't have any kind of will to fight like akaza and kokushibo. He is a ruthless monster

In case she could activate her mark, it will be Douma>Kanae (marked)+Kanao (marked?)+Inosuke (marked?)+Shinobu (she can't activate her mark due to her strength) low-mid difficulty.
