In my mind sarafina had Nala and was lost for a while until mufasa found her and took her and Nala in and Nala has always since then had a soft spot for any cub and she wasn’t going to let Kovu die out there , even if his mother was Zira . ❤
Kiara and Kovu meet and get attacked by crocodiles, Kovu is dead in the water . Kiara is sad , Simba comes and brings Kiara back to the pride lands we’re he scolds her . Zira soon finds Kovu and believing he is dead takes him away to the border of the pride lands . She goes back to the outlands and screams at Nuka . Some days after Kovu’s death Nala finds him and he wakes up ! He was just unconscious not dead ! She takes him back to the pride lands to grow up with Kiara . ❤
