Hi maam, My prospective marriage visa was refused by department of immi (bcz they didn't believe my relationship is genuine with my Aussie wife). Anyway, we went for AAT. Then, AAT informed us that if i and my wife get married before AAT hearing and provide them marriage certificate then AAT will remit the file back to immigration for reconsideration. Now, my case is already remitted by AAT to department of immi for reconsideration. Here, my question is " if dept of immi (in case) refuses my visa again then would i be eligible to review my case back with AAT again upon second refusal?? Plz give your valuable advice maam
@@FreedomMigrationAUS i am soon going to hire an migration consultant but also you didn't precisely answered what i asked. Plz read my question again maam and see if you may kindly answer. Also let me know how to hire an assistant from your firm??
Unfortunately I can’t answer specific questions about your case over a RU-vid comment as until I know all the specific circumstances of your case. I can only make general comments about what might happen. My honest opinion in a case like this is you need to seek advice immediately, it doesn’t have to be my team but you really need to see an RMA/Lawyer as soon as possible.

Hey Norzuraiha, a partner visa refusal is very complicated and its best to get professional advice as quickly as possible. Give our office a call 07 3063 1200.
Same here bro my family is in Australia and i am in my 15th month of waiting. Seriously its hectic to wait. May every genuine visa application gets accepted and can live with their family happily
ahmed khan I wish that too. But unlike you, I could not wait till my partner visa is accepted and my wife moved to live with me in my country. We had a baby born in my country too and now we have been waiting for his citizenship by descent to be granted for more than six months! My wife is also pregnant to our second baby! But I have not told the immigration department as I do not want to get things more complicated!!! The whole process is not easy at all and is so cost too!
