You are going to have an interesting choice when Naruto gets exposed to Sasuke's sharingan or Madara's Rinnegan. Does that count as gaining Indra's chakra and does that mean Naruto can evolve a Rinnegan. Also when he gains the Byakugon due to Naruto's strong Otsusuki inheritance as the reincarnate will he evolve a Tensegan or a Jugon. Also if this Naruto sees Kaguya... does he get all the Otsusuki abilities? Since kekkei genki are inheritances of her abilities. And finally on the training trip does Jiraiya load Naruto up with kekkei genki?.

Part of the timeskip training should be Jiraya and Naruto traveling everywhere looking for kekei genkai for naruto to copy. Like, Jiraya and Naruto travel in disguise to the stone village and find Kurotsuchi training with Lava release. And copy.
@ClockworkHighlander Gaara's sand is different from his magnet release. His sand control is something he can do because he is/was a vessel of Shukaku. Gaara uses a metallic sand for magnet release instead of his usual sand or in collaboration with his sand.
The Uzumaki (in this fictional universe's equivalent) are like the Atlantians, if they were slowly on thier way to their logical extreme. Thats why they were taken out.

question, with Naruto's ability to copy kekkei genkai. Would he gain more Mangekyou abilities he is exposed to? Like Obito's phase ability, Itachi's amaterasu and Shisui's Kotoamatsukami
Why does Sasuke never think of asking Naruto to help him take down itachi? Like, sasuke could think of recruiting Naruto for the that task, or something like that.
Hey, this is just me giving some friendly advice. Clockwork has a book that he writes down the what if suggestions that are put down in the comments. And throughout the years there's probably in the thousand range of suggestions collected there. And he will work himself down that book, one what if at a time. So unless your suggestion has been made in the past by others, you'll have to wait a loooong time for it to be made. Case and point, last suggestion what if I made was over a year ago. So my advice is don't focus on the "day three of suggesting" etc. Cuz it is gonna take much longer than that. He has seen you and have written it down tho.
Naruto never saw a sharingan, Fugaku made sure no Uchiha ever went near naruto because they didn’t want to seem even more suspicious to the hokage also whether Mikoto was part of his reasoning for not wanting to extract naruto is left unclear
Well technically Naruto as a baby saw Obitos sharingan when he was looking up as a baby in his arms but we can presume Naruto's kekkei genkk had not activated yet.
While normally this would be a quantity over quality build. A master of none type situation for Naruto. I think that because of the shadow clone training method, Naruto would and should be able to MASTER every single kekei genkai he copies.
One idea and thought, when Naruto copies other dojutsu like the Byakugan, could they stack over eachother and be active at the same time? Or would his two eyes switch between them as needed?
Another thing on this story with a sharigan he can copy the gental fist taijustu and then steal the byuakgun so Naruto is basically going to be able to fight like a hyuga
Hey is this going to be like the what if naruto was an uchiha where he didnt know he had his MS because he still thought he sasuke died so shouldn't he have unlock his MS and he should know something happened because unlocking the MS makes your eyes bleed.
I go into it in the next part but Naruto is copying the base bloodline not someone's specific version of it. So what ever abilities Naruto Sharingan has are his not others.
Sasuke gained his second tomoe against orochimaru in the forest and earned his third tomoe in the battle against Naruto in the valley im not entirely sure where he got his first tomoe from whether it was from haku or in between is unknown
Question: Since Naruto copied the Sharingan, would he already activate his ms (his own ms) or would he already have it since Kakashi's (Obito's) was awakened since he was young and that means Naruto has access to Kamui (at least Kakashi's half)?
Sarada needs glasses because she got really sick when she was really young. The disease was treated, but it messed up her eyes cuz she was a super young child, with next to no immune system. She doesn't need glasses when the Sharingan is active. Only with her base eyes
Wait, if Naruto copied Kakashi's sharingan he should have access to kamui through the mangekyo if he ever awakens it. Unless we give Naruto his original mangekyo abilities
Is he going to copy mangekyo abilities? He copied Kakashi's sharingan, does that mean he copied Kamui or does he need to see a mangekyo to copy it? Given his and the fox's healing factors, he should be able to heal the damage to his eyes, akin to how Obito can spam Kamui because half of his body is Hashirama cells.
He did say in the beginning that he would be able to use it he just wouldn't be a master of it, so I would assume that he just skips past the bare minimum requirements.
I think Naruto would have seen the byakugan activated during spars in the academy. Hinata has to fight another kunoichi at some point or points during class.
