Orochimaru wouldn’t go after Naruto’s body until the Akatsuki are dead Orochimaru is already a target of the Akatsuki he’s not gonna risk making himself a priority target so Orochimaru may actually help in defeating the Akatsuki here so he can take Naruto’s body later
The Sharingan can copy the gentle fist by your points because Sarada use the Sharingan to copy Sakura chakra control to match her monster strength in Boruto so Naruto can copy gentle fist 😂

Sharingan can copy taijutsu Kakashi used it to copy Rock Lee and teach Sasuke. Sasuke himself used to copy lion’s barrage and Sarada used it to copy Sakura’s strength
You can only remove a curse mark with a rinnegan or totsuka blade since Orochimaru puts a part of his soul inside of it otherwise the most you can do is block it off and since it uses senjutsu kurama can block it off (You see this in the pain arc that Kurama can stop outside sources from giving naruto senjutsu but he can’t stop naruto himself gathering it) which he would considering he’s gonna try to force naruto to rely on his chakra so he can use it to weaken the seal Edit: Forgot about sasuke reviving orochimaru I just never really considered this removing it more like it being used as fuel to revive orochimaru. It removed it from anko but wasn’t really destroyed just applied to something else which is why I overlooked it and didn’t consider it.
