Why does Mikoto always die in the massacre? If she knew about the corruption of her clan, then she should've left the clan with her son's the day before that happened. Mikoto should've just adopted Naruto from the beginning. I hope Naruto will start his harem with Hinata, Ino, Tenten in it for starters.

I've never understood why he killed her in the original ether she was best friends with kushina which means she couldn't have been a bad person and most definitely not have known about the coup because she definitely wouldn't have gone along with it and most likely would have told the hokage or would have straight up killed Fugaku herself

@barronstormblade4552 To bad Itachi didn't make a blood clone of Mikoto and faked her death. That way, Naruto would at least know that Mikoto was alive and not to lose his 2nd mother.
