I feel the largest issue with this scenario is that when the Curse seal starts opening and Kurama sees it happening, Kurama acts like he did with the Toad Sages and is like: "No, this body is *mine*, get out!" and yeets Orochimaru's wimpy human chakra (even if technically Juugo-Natured Chakra amped, remember he kicked out the Toad's Sage Energy too) with his op cursed beast chakra.
I don’t see it that way. I think if Kurama saw Orochimaru’s curse mark chakra he’d use it. Kurama would remove Orochimaru’s influence on Naruto’s curse mark to allow Naruto to use it. This curse mark would be a trigger for Naruto to use Kurama’s chakra. Naruto would also get the power increase from the curse mark as well as from Kurama himself. Plus I think since the Uzumaki were highly proficient in using fuinjutsu Naruto would be even more driven to learning fuinjutsu.
There are also other issues like Sasuke being asked to come with orochimaru first. In this what if orochimaru doesn't want the sharing an. Also konoha wouldn't help the hidden sand
Sasuke and Naruto's first main fight. The curse mark is orochimaru's attempt at forcing sage mode so during that fight Sasuke is in an imperfect sage mode with his sharingan activated and one of his eyes is purple.
You only said Naruto was captured, but never mentioned his death or outcome. Danzo was still around, he would have done experiments on him for sure, plus maybe even wanting to extract Nine Tails to make a usable weapon for the village. Also, I think Naruto could have escaped during the start up of the war. Also, with a teacher like the Snake Sanin, he would have been much stronger, especially with shadow clones. But I digress, it's not a bad "Could be" for an interesting "What If"... An interesting twist would have been the release of the Snake Sanin from his seal after it detects Naruto himself was sealed/captured. That would have also made that war much more dangerous and chaotic and favorable for Naruto's escape. Then he could seal the sage of 6th path's chakra with his Adamantine Chains and learn how to do it himself, just like with natural energy/Sage Arts.
I enjoy your What if Scenarios and Naruto Content. Naruto having the curse mark would have changed the story as he'll be basically The Sasuke of this story to be honest.
This was pretty interesting but weirdly it’s kind of odd that Naruto is dropped after being sent away for protection before the 4th ninja war. Did Jiraiya die in this world? And did Sasuke get both six paths powers or just the one as in canon? I kind of thought that perhaps Sasuke and Sakura would’ve tried helping Naruto. But your what if makes things interesting, this means the curse of brothers continues but now in the opposite way.
this is why I don't realy like this what if the curse of brothers was never broken naruto suffered years of hatred had no body and althrough he had every right to be evil at the same time he devred to be saved
this variant of Naruto getting the curse mark is a darker one, Naruto is a like "a light from lighthouse" for the ships to come safely to shore, when is fog, or at night...so it is good that Kishimoto did go with the original version, anyway great video keep it up!

Since Kirin "uses naturally sourced lightning and only directs it with chakra" and then you give sasuke sage mode and access to nature chakra. He's already influencing nature and the world on a scale of creating thunder clouds to pull off the technique. Just by understanding air currents and the science behind storm formations. That was supposed to be "his plan the whole time" create a column of hot air with ordinary jutsu, and a Forrest full of amaterasu. Think about giving someone smart enough to think and plan of nothing but revenge for years, who came up with "yup Ima drop a lightnin dragon on his ass." Give him the ability to feel it, to sense the nature chakra and influence it directly and use it to fuel that scale of a technique possibly without having to set the Forrest on fire first. It'll happen after but it wouldn't be necessary to use it.
I feel like they should have mentioned Naruto's scenario whilst imprisoned including another where he was raised aided by Sasuke to the good side. Just like the original Naruto did to him in Shippuden, although it may not be possible, but perhaps they could provide Sasuke a similar ability like Talk No Jutsu to do this deed?

Gaara wouldn’t be kazekage in this timeline as he didn’t care for the title also in the novels it was specifically stated that they wanted Kankuro to be Kazekage and not gaara. They only agreed to making gaara Kazekage so they could keep an eye on him
Suggestion- whoever watched this probably knows naruto so you dont have to start from the beggining just start from the point where the change happens in this case the forest of death chunin exams.

there was a character named Menma with the same concept in Naruto. If this were to happen he would more than likely end up like him. Menma was strong enough to manhandle sage mode Naruto, could summon Kurama, and repetitively destroy all five of the major villages. If Naruto were to be equal to him he would have easily killed Sasuke and everyone in Konoha even if they all had sage mode.
I love watching your videos but just because it's enjoyable but also because it's most naruto, naruto shippuden and boruto in like up to 30 minutes mostly
