You need to be in Six Paths Sage Mode for that to be the case, Obito for example was also only able to be hurt by Senjutsu after the Juubi was taken out of him due to the remnants of Six Paths Chakra being within him, both Sasuke and Naruto have Six Paths Chakra but obviously are able to hurt by regular means. The reason why Six Paths Sage Mode is so unique is cause it makes your physiology similar to an Otsutsuki, who are naturally immune to most forms of Chakra overall.
