I mean if he could modify the seal he could probably permanently summon Kurama out of the seal, so it wouldn't kill him, but for that he would need to be a sealmaster to overlap a contract seal with the 8 point seal containing Kurama. It's not a farfetched fanfic idea, just has to be written correctly. I've read a story like that once
