Deidara would report he has an eyes particilar an eye like the leader. And I think Obito would stop everything to have Naruto eyes. If all members of Akatsuki except itachi and Kisame ( Obito don't trust itachi, he would tell kismae to keep a eye on him,) go too fight him Naruto have no chance. He would beat her, scince he IS stronger, he have to choice to to seal her or not different from the original. At the end of fight he would talk to her, he would realise she love her son and want peace. He would talk no justu her, then Naruto, Sasuke , black zestu and kaguya will works together to protect the planete. I almost forget you don't spoke About Toneri too. I don't think he could do anything agaisnt Naruto. So Naruto would Beat Him sooner, Toneri would become good as the original, Nothing change in your What if as well. But I prefer Say that he would gave jogan to Naruto scince he IS really the child of prophetie. Naruto would get stronger. And Toneri, kaguya, Black zestu, Naruto and Sasuke would protect the earth.
