Phantom troupe honestly would be very very weak in Naruto verse so you can not place them instead of akatsuki or also place them with the akatsuki since the whole phantom troupe combined is barely 4 tails Naruto level

Meruem is jonin level?! Nah I don't even watch HxH and I know that's far from true. Meruem is the strongest living being (in terms of nen) in all of HxH. Also I didn't even mention Meruem in the what if. It was Youpi and god speed Killua couldn't beat him. Gon beats Zabuza easily. Gon and Killua are basically equals and Killua couldn't beat Youpi. And Youpi is far weaker than Meruem??? I don't understand ur logic.
