Greece wouldn't get Istanbul. The city has like 17 million people, while all of Greece has like ten million. That would make Greece a majority Turkish country. They would maybe take over eastern Thrace, but not a city that would make the Greeks a minority in their own country.
I have a idea of a NATO civil war in 2025/26 but this depends on who wins the election. The most is that the US leaves NATO and a bunch of other likewise countries join them which includes Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Italy, and Turkey. These 6 countries form the new western pact and then tensions rise between them and nato. Them groups in France and Germany that join the new western pact fight NATO to take over their governments. It's not the most accurate scenario but I think it's a fun idea.
