Considering the only reason he was able to get out of the dream was to kill himself and he only did that to get back to the very real demon Nezuko who still needs him I don’t think this would work plus her being a demon is how he was able to fight upm6 & 4 save tengan and inosuke from the poison and the only reason tamayo was able to make the cure that helped them defeat muzan in the first place and Nezuko being a human probably would get her killed super fast and the others wouldn’t have connected cause Zenitsu was protecting the box from inosuke knowing there was a demon inside it cause he like immediately put full faith in tanjiro and when he said that box is more important to him than his own life he was willing to get beaten to a pulp to protect it for him. Plus her blood demon art was how she helped get the others out of enmus dream by burning the ropes (just my opinion though)

So, no doubt Tanjiro and Nezuko would get a much smaller dosage which with breathing styles could buy them enough time to get treatment and even cured. It wouldn't surprise me if Inosuke straight up tanked the poison and made a full recovery without aid. However, Tengen is definitely kicking the bucket from that poison.

Honestly I think nezuko would’ve learnt love breathing and would’ve made a new form with pink fire sort of like her blood art and would be like her burning desire to help her brother or something would’ve been cool to see her use it too in front of tanjiro or rengoku but if she did learn water breathing I hope she keeps the water haori like tanjiro had I prefer that one to his green one but she would be good with rengoku in Miguel train and change the whole arc if she was there because akaza wouldn’t hurt her and because of this rengoku might be able to help them at the entertainment district as him and tengen were good friends and he would rush to help tengen and the kids
