@@theknight1919 I like him as a rival figure. Honestly, he wasn't as selfish as almost all of the fanfics portray him. Simply, his negative personalities were so exaggerated that he became one of the most hated Naruto characters after Banshee. Let's he honest, Sasuke choice his goal as to fight and kill Itachi. Meanwhile Naruto wanted Sasuke back. They both acted selfish, infact Sasuke was less selfish here because his goal didn't involve his friend's choices

Heck, he wasn't even as power obsessed as people picture him. He was more obsessed with his own weakness. He had a bit of inferiority complex, however he wasnt running around demanding for power. Dude was traumatized kid, people tend to forget Sasuke and Naruto were teens even at the end of Shippuden.

@@MephistoPhelless true however he would switch on what he wanted to do a lot like first kill his brother then want to destroy konah then wanting to protect it as well as wanting to destroy other things to make his plan successful and I agree that Naruto was selfish and they shouldn’t of had him so obsessed with him and focused more on being a better ninja and focus more different ninja arts

@@theknight1919 Sasuke was a teen with ptsd. First, Itachi tortured him to fuck with his mind. (No idea what Itachi was thinking.) Then, Orochimaru gives fucks with Sasuke's mind with that seal. (Honestly, Sasuke was alright guy until snake showed up). Lastly, after killing Itachi and finding out the truth about massacre ... Dude went psycho. Until then he didn't even kill his enemies. After that, Sasuke killed everyone in his way. Problem is that Sasuke was already mentally unstable teenager that everyone continued to manipulate and kept throwing into darkness.

None of this fanfic makes sense only the shinobi counsel can appoint a hokage and there's no way a hyuga is going to appoint a uchiha as hokage and there's no way tsunade would ever order narutos death unless he went completely evil

I agree, in every fanfic I watch the civilian council always insert themselves into Shinobi matters where they should not have any say or influence in. In some fanfics if Naruto has something that Sasuke doesn't then the civilian council will demand that he hands it over to him or force Naruto to teach Sasuke

Because they don't. Council only exist in villages whenever new hokage wasn't chosen. Fanfics made "council" as a loophole to get Naruto either banished or ruin his life

Infact, villagers may have dislike Naruto, there was no way for them to even try bothering Jinchuuriki. Heck, as far as they know, killing one might release kyuubi. The only reason Mizuki attempted because he was already on the run from Konoha. No one in the right mind would even try poking a sleeping bear/fox.
