Oh, boy... Time to see how much Shield Stun Shulk was in. Buster gives a damage multiplier of 1.4x, so if we multiply that by 1000, we get a whopping 1400x damage multiplier. The move used was a fully charged Down Smash, which normally deals 19.6%. With Ultra-Buster, it deals 27,440%. Now, the formula for Shield Stun is the closest integer from ((Damage)/1.72)+3)-1. Plugging in our damage, we get a value of 15955 frames, which is ~266 seconds, which is about 4 and a half minutes. You'd be waiting there for a while. But if Shield Monado is infinite, would he break his shield over that 4.5 minutes? Regular Damage is actually multiplied by 1.19x when hitting a shield, so Fully Charged Down Smash deals 32,653.6% SD. Shield Shulk, in turn, has 1.5x shield health normally (75 instead of 50), so Ultra-Shield gives him 1500x that, or 75,000% of shield health. Down Smash took about half of that out. In Smash 4, shields deplete by 0.13% HP every frame, so over those 15955 frames, Shulk only depletes 2074.15% of his shield (about 40 regular shields). So, no, he doesn't even get close to breaking his shield fully. And just for fun, how long would it take Ultra-Shield Shulk to naturally deplete his shield? That's easy, his Shield Health (75000%) divided by HP Degen per frame (0.13%), which gives us 576923 frames. ~9615 seconds, ~160 minutes, which is 2 hours and 40 minutes. Grab some popcorn, it takes the full length of a long movie for Shulk to break his shield.

Knockback Received: Shield decreases by 0.00078x, Smash increases by 1070x. Total: 0.8346x knockback received. Knockback Dealt: KuroganeHammer is inconclusive (Speed and Shield decrease, but it is unknown by how much). Jump Height: Inconclusive (Shield and Speed decrease, jump increases, but it is unknown by how much). Ground Speed: Speed increases by 1700x, Shield decreases by 0.0006x. Total: 1.02x ground speed (Now about the same speed as Lucario). Aerial Speed: Jump increases by 1500x, Speed increases by 1300x, Shield decreases by 0.0006x. Total: 1170x. Fall Speed: Jump increases by 1220x. Total: 1220x. Shield Health: Shield increases by 1500x. Total: 75,000% shield health. All in all, he will die at the slightest touch, deals next to no damage, receives a little less knockback (but damage will make him die to anything, so this doesn't really matter), Jump Height and Knockback Dealt are likely both lower (More Monados decrease the value than increase it), Ground Speed is almost untouched, Aerial Speed will make him die if you jump, Fall Speed will make him die if you go offstage, but at least he has a near-infinite Shield. Shame you can die from getting grabbed out of it, or he'd be nearly invincible.
