What if the Ultimate Spacie was in Melee? When Master Hand and Crazy Hand attack Corneria, and manage to take out Great Fox, Fox McCloud, Falco Lombardi, and Peppy Hare, it's up to Slippy Toad to save the rest of team Star Fox from certain doom. Can he do it?

Ever since I saw Wolf in Melee as a playable custom character, I thought of Slippy being the dan of the spacies. Whole this isn't exactly a Dan, I love that you manage to bring him to life XD.

@@davidvkimball Oh sorry, wasn't specific. I meant Dan Hibiki, the Shouto Character from Street fighter whose generally weaker than his other counterparts (Ryu, Ken, Akuma,etc...) yet is a fan favorite.

I wish modders could add a full fledged story mode into Melee. Like a whole Subspace Emmisary like story mode except with different villains and characters that weren't originally playable in Melee. That would be cool

There's a reason why Nintendo avoided putting him in Smash and why fans wanted Krystal in over him... he would just demolish everyone using only 0.01% of his power. SSBB Meta Knight, SSB4 Bayonetta and Ultra Instinct Shaggy be damned. This... is just amazing. Combining the best of both OG spacies to create a character who can steamroll any Tournament with little to no effort. Having him take his pent-up anger on his team after years of torment was just beautiful.

This is so cool!!! I was trying to do this before with an older version of m-ex and then change slippys dat file to be the ultimate space one. However it always crashed for me when I did side b. How did you find a workaround for this so that all 3 fighters were in the game?

Side B still crashes unless you shorten lol. The issue is when the clone Fox model appears that's when it crashes. And I just added a Fox clone to get all three.

Hahaha, yeah it's surreal. "Your carcass is mine" is a line from the game! The uncompressed audio collection is great because it even contains voice lines that were unused in the final game, but that line WAS actually used.

Neat A few more questions tho First what are the lasers like, do they stun like falco's lasers or no Second is there any hitbox changes because the modle for slippy clearly has different proportions as opposed to fox and falco Third how easily is slippy grabbed by characters such as Marth and Ice Climbers, I ask this because most characters with long arms and legs aren't as easily grabbed by others due in part to certain parts of characters such as limbs being ungrabbable which makes characters with shorter limbs such as pikachu alot easier to grab as opposed to something like C Falc or Marth

You can kind of fudge it with the m-ex system. Clone Fox, put this Slippy model over the clone. Non-shortened side-Bs crash the game though.

@@Tiredcream6472 Haha, yes it's very on-the-nose and on purpose. Half of moves are Falco's and half are Fox's, like MagicScrumpy's Ultimate Spacie moveset. That's the whole point. :)
