Perhaps BadgerShine tried to fish like a Riverclan cat, and her foot got caught (the missing foot) so she ended up drowning, but maybe the cape stands for a cat trying to save her?
I can easily see Coppersnow's crown meaning he was a prophecy cat. At least, that's another way of interpreting the crown that I like. just not always a fan of the cat becoming leader and something about Coppersnow gives me vibes that the prophecy gives him enough favor with StarClan to get him to a ripe old age where he can happily retire.

How they got together: Smudge’s owner had a herb garden that Spottedleaf would often to go to get herbs. Bluebelly- He would often to visit the Twolegs place to get food from the Twolegs. Badgershine- Badgershine was name after her shiny fur. Unfortunately she died drowning while fishing. Wildsong- He has a beautiful voice which she can talk in to cats give there prey. He died after investigators a dog sighting by himself. Copper snow-He was born during a snow storm and is name after his brown fur. Coppersnow became leader because of his bravery and Charisma. Hollyslip- She is a skittish cat who often hide in the Bush’s and trees. She died from a bad piece of prey. Shiveringspot-He was born in the same litter as Coppersnow. His suffix is spot in honor of both of his parents. He is a brave and charming cat.

I totally have an idea for Coppersnow Spoilers for Into the Wild! So, as we know there may or may not have been some tension between Spottedleaf and Firestar. What if in this AU Firestar doesn't exist? ThunderClan is in desperate need without their prophecy cat, so Spottedleaf finds herbs and a grownup Smudge. Having not been treated nicely by toms in the past, she's surprised that this tom has no interest in her other than to help. To both their surprise, she falls in love, and they have a sevret relationship. The kits are hidden with Smudge, so Spottedleaf doesn't loose her position, before she eventually beings them back and says they were some poor kittypet's kits. They grow up in the clan, but as she dies trying to protect both her kits and the others from Clawface, little Copperkit stands up bravely to Clawface, even as all the rest are taken. He searches out his clan and tells them how his mother was killed and which clan/cat did it, becoming essentially the Firestar of this AU. I also wonder if Shiveringspots kinda becomes an antognist on this AU, since what vengance would he need to take since most of his siblings deaths were accidents? Maybe even he's the Tigerstar of this AU? Since Tigerstar had so many relations in different clans? (Goldenflower, Sasha, maybe Leopardstar) I honestly LOVED the results already of all these cats, I think it would be so fun. I just thought I'd share my idea. Seri has single-pawed convinced me of Smudge x Spottedleaf.

I feel like Badgershine was killed by drowning after trying to save either one of their siblings, or their mate or a friend. Why I think so: they had the cape meaning they were probably heroic, and so they tried to save a cat but because of losing a leg (and probably not knowing how to swim) they failed to save themself as well. (Also can you please do Barley x Ravenpaw kits?)
My story with BadgerShine : She was down by river clan when she saw a kit being attacked by another cat. She ran over to help and fought the foe, loosing her foot in the process. The kit had then fallen into the river and so she jumped in to save it (Hence the cape). She managed to rescue it but didnt end up surviving herself, and in turn drowned.
Story of the kits : Badgershine went to the usual pond she would do to fish. She crouched at the edge of the water and waited, ears pricked and eyes staring at the water. Suddenly, she heard the rustling of a cat in the undergrowth around her. She stood up and sniffed the air. She was relieved to smell and recognise Wildsong’s and Hollyslip’s familiar scents. “What are you doing here?” Badgershine asked. “We went to find you.” replied Hollyslip. “Wait, what’s that smell?” asked Wildsong nervously. Badgershine scented the air and gulped nervously. “It’s a dog.” Suddenly, a huge dog came out of nowhere and crashed through the undergrowth. “RUN!!!” screeched Hollyslip. She took the lead, Badgershine on her heels and Wildsong struggling to keep up. “Come on!” I yowled over my shoulder. Wildsong was trying her best, but just couldn’t keep up. The dog snapped it’s teeth at her tail, and caught it in one grasp. Wildsong tried to struggle free, but the dog was stronger. It picked her by the neck up in it’s strong jaws and bit down hard before throwing her into a patch of ferns. There was no rustling in the ferns “Wildsong!” Hollyslip wailed. “We can help her later. We have to fight of the dog first, otherwise she’ll be in even more danger!” Badgershine said. Hollyslip said nothing but nodded. We crawled around the either of the dog’s sides, then pounced. The dog swung its head from side to side, unsure of who to attack first. It snapped it’s jaws and caught them in Badgershine’s leg. It lifted her in the air while she dangled from it’s teeth, desperately trying to rake it’s snout. Suddenly, Hollyslip ripped half of one of the dog’s ears in half before raking its snout with thorn-sharp claws and biting down viciously and hard on it’s foreleg, lots of blood welling up from the wounds she had caused. The dog dropped her on the ground, then let out a cry of sheer pain before running away in the direction of a Twoleg nest. Hollyslip said nothing but ran away into the patch of ferns Wildsong had gotten thrown in. She began tearing away the ferns, and Badgershine helped her. Together, they tore away them all, leaving ferns scattered everywhere. They uncovered Wildsong’s body. “Wildsong?” Badgershine asked. “Yes?” came the croaky reply “Are you dying?” both Hollyslip and Badgershine asked at the same time. “Yes, I am. My time has come to join StarClan. I have served ThunderClan, now I shall serve StarClan. This is what I am meant to do. This is what I’m destined to do. Goodbye, Badgershine and Hollyslip. I will always be watching over you.” “No!” Hollyslip wailed. “You can’t go!” Badgershine added. But Wildsong was already on her way to join StarClan. “She’s gone…” Badgershine mewed. “Yep.” Hollyslip said. Suddenly, a huge wave came out of no where and washed them up. “It must be coming from the lake! We must be pretty close to it!” Badgershine yowled. She tried to swim, but felt her body going under. She swallowed too much water and felt her body weakening. “StarClan, I’ll see you in the stars…” She then drowned. She saw Hollyslip and Wildsong in StarClan. “Well, we’re StarClan cats now. This is not how I thought this would end out like, but we’re still here in StarClan. Our siblings and parents are so sad we died. Let’s go look at them.” mewed Wildsong. We looked at our siblings and parents. They were standing over our bodies in the ThunderClan camp, all their faces covered with grief and sadness. The End. This was WAY too long
Badgershine: Like someone else mentioned, I also had the thought that she was probably fishing, got her foot stuck, and drowned. Wildsong: Due to her long ears, I think that she heard something she shouldn’t have, and was murdered for it. ** minor spoiler for first book ** Maybe, in this AU, Fireheart is in love with Spottedleaf like he is in the books, but in this reality, it’s to the point that he can’t let her go even though she’s with Smudge. Perhaps the kits don’t know that Spottedleaf is their mother since she’s a medicine cat, but Wildsong overhears that Spottedleaf is their mother. Wildsong panics and is going to tell the clan about it, but Fireheart decides he can’t let that happen. He doesn’t want Spottedleaf to face any punishment for having kits, nor his bff Smudge for taking a medicine cat as a mate, and so, in his twisted mind, he believes he is showing Spottedleaf and Smudge mercy by murdering Wildsong so that the truth doesn’t get out. ** Spoilers over ** Hollyslip: I agree that the yellow bow around her neck would signify that she died of sickness, and I think the most fitting thing would be yellowcough that just got worse and worse.
I know I am late to the party but I just had to my story for badger shine. So, here is how I interpret her life going. Young badgershine just turned into a warrior. A great warrior at that. She was set out on a hunting patrol, but little did she know what was going to happen. When she was fish, she heard a yelp of distress and went to find whoever it was. Badgershine almost gave up hope that she was going to save the cat, but that was when she found the poor cat struggling to swim. She knew she had to do something so she jumped into the freezing water. She struggled to swim the cat to safety but she didn’t give up. She got the young cat to the safety of the bank of the river but she couldn’t manage to get herself out. The lashing water was to strong for her and the current took her down stream. The cats in the patrol tried to save her but nothing they could do could have saved her. Thrashing in the water, the young warrior got her foot stuck in some rocks. That bought enough time for her fellow cats to save her. In the medicine cats den, they had to face the harsh reality that she was never going to be able to use her leg again. She did get better, but in the end, the infection that was in her wound did not go away. Badgershine fought as hard as she could to stay alive, but she died a hero and a great warrior. The end! Heres a start: Badgershine snuck down to the river, to fish, and see what fish tasted like. She heard a small rustling in the bush, then continued. There was a large fish, that went underwater and she didn't mind it. Then she heard the rustling louder and a dog came out, snarling. Badgershine Hissed and Wildsong came out of the bush, the dog pinning her and bit her neck, killing her. Badgershine Hissed again, but the dog pinned her aswell. She bit it hard and it let go, letting her slip away. She saw hollyslip hunting and she lost the dog, so they went back to camp together. The next day, she went down to the river with hollyslip and she caught a fish, then saw a RiverClan patrol. They Hissed, and jumped across the river to attack. Badgershine Hissed back, but one of the cats, a giant cat, pinned her in the water, drowning her. Hollyslip Hissed, and tried to run away, but they caught up to her before she could.

His poor sister who drowned in the watery depths, and he was unable to save her; Wildsong who was hunting rabbits on a patrol when a twoleg dog jumped him and tore him apart until he was bloody and unrecognisable. Coppersnow was devastated when he saw his brother’s mangled, limp body dragged into camp; Hollyslip, who was ravaged by greencough. She battled the sickness for a full moon- but she lost. Despite his mother, Spottedleaf’s, warnings, he curled up beside his sister as her life slipped away. He had been made a leader not long prior. He couldn’t bring himself to let his sister die alone. He and his brothers were still fairly close. Bluebelly and Shiveringspots would often laze around the camp, watching the young kits fondly. Shiveringspots spent a lot of time with his mate before Coppersnow gave up his position of leader to his deputy, a clever, strong and kind warrior he knew he could trust to keep the clan safe. Before Shiveringspots’s mate was tragically killed by a badger. The poor lad suffered so much loss, with the passing of his siblings, parents and mate. He was a grouchy cat, because of this. The kits always call him “Old Shivers” and his brother in turn would growl at them to go play somewhere else. Bluebelly was a good cat, serving the clan well. He now lazed in the camp, eating more than he should as always. At least that never changed. Coppersnow closed his eyes, relishing in the soft breeze that rustled the grass gently. Maybe Bluebelly ventured out into the forest and was getting fed by two legs and then he made a connection with a two leg kid and he left the forest and lived with the family and went out on Halloween with the kid 😂

I'm late af but i don't really care, here's my interpretations of what happened to SpottedLeaf and Smudges kits BlueBelly's tale: He was an extremely good hunter whose in touch with his more feminine side who lived to be an elder under his brother CopperStar's leadership before joining StarClan BadgerShine's tale: Her foot got caught in some rocks while crossing a quickly flooding river with CopperSnow, drowning in the process and joining StarClan WildSong's tale: She was hunting rabbits when a dog off leash killed her, however she went to The Dark Forest instead of StarClan.. CopperSnow/CopperStar's tale: He was an excellent hunter who lost his leg in the flood that killed his sister, became a very prosperous leader of ThunderClan, and because mates with a she-cat named BlueFlight HollySlip: She fell in love with a kittypet named sushi, but died suddenly of yellow cough ShiveringSpots: He fell in love with a she-cat from WindClan named RoseHeart and became a fierce fighter

I’d assuming you know about the story but incase you don’t, Thistle’Claw pretty much groomed spotted’leaf as a KIT and other ages! I’m saying this because I have found out their are people in the community who actually like this ship?! It’s crazy! I just wanted to warn you incase you didn’t know! I have an idea, when a cat dies it shows the skeleton of the cat right? what if the color of the skeleton represent where they go after death. Like if it's black like for Badgershine then that means that she when to the dark forest and if it's white then they go to starclan. Idk it's just a little idea that i have
Honestly all the deaths in this litter kind of work out (darkly albeit) because like. StarClan IS known for punishing Medicine Cats for having kits... Case and point, Yellowfang. 😔 I haven't read so into the series to see other instances, but. Man. StarClan does not like kitty-nuns having kids.
badger shine was probably attacked when she was fishing when she was attacked by some cat, then her leg was banged up by the rocks, so she couldn't swim back up and she died. :(
I’m gonna interpret Badger-Shine’s death as: (SPOILERS FOR CANNON CHARACTER DEATHS, LOCATIONS/TERRITORIES AND OTHER STUFF!!!) Badger-Shine found a cat, possibly a kit, being dragged under the water in the lake that the clans live around, and leaped in to save them, despite not knowing how to swim. She manages to save the victim, but the attack grabs her foot and pulls her under, killing her eventually. But, similar to Flame-Tail, instead of going to star-clan like she deserves, she gets trapped in the dark forest, and there is no one to come save her. Bitter and angry, she accepts her place in the dark forest and becomes a vengeful sprit, vowing to ruin star-clan, for not even trying to come save her, when she had done nothing to deserve a place in the dark forest. When breeding the dragons you should change the colors until you get a bright color it is worth it. The dragon is a mythic creature so it makes sense the the babies be colorful

Interesting pair! My story would be Smudge goes with Rusty and is also a warrior cat, but refuses to remove his collar since Smudge rarely takes it off. Thunderclan, with a slight confusion and suspicion, accepts it but still wants the collar to smell less.. Twoleg-y

I love that serie!!! :D I thing, it will be very interesting, when it will be Leopardstar (in my opinion her fur's colors are the most pretty of all cats in whole Warriors Cats world =^.^=) and Tigerstar (His ambers eyes and dark stripes... in my opinion his the most masive cat in all =^.^=)

This isn't a couple I would of thought of? Smudge wasn't a cat I would think that would want to go the wild and forests and actually enjoy living there. My theory is that Smudge was fixed unlike his friend Firepaw or Rusty who wasn't? I think was his original name right. *goes to check* yes it was Rusty. So that could explain why he had no want to leave his two legs.
