@@liamurness302 I don’t think so, dust and happy thoughts are part of the Peter Pan universe as necessary for flight. I know SquareEnix respects the rules of the stories included in the game. Therefore that scene in the game needs to be cut out in order for Sora to die as Ticktock’s meal.

Thinking about this, if Donald wasn't such a dick to Riku and did let him o the Gummi Ship, his turn to the darkness most likely would be delayed until Hollow Bastion if we want the plot structure to be somewhat untouched (though like, half of Monstro would be pointless and the Parasite Cage would be spared). If we want to go all the way with Riku getting accepted, then: -his ties to the darkness would be very minor, only being a visit from cloaked Ansem at that point -Riku's Keyblade would be Sora's Kingdom Key because of lacking the "Anti-Keyblade" darkness eviction notice (oh, and Sora would be Keyblade-less, I guess) -his entire story route in COM would be less focused on getting over the darkness (as he'd most likely fail to manifest Soul Eater) and he'd propably just focus on finding Sora -skipping towards the events of 358/2 days, because of not having power over the darkness to access his Ansem transformation, he'd fail to defeat Roxas and take him to sim-Twilight Town. That would cause Sora's awakening to be prompted a near failure until DiZ does his "Anti-Nobody" comments at Roxas at best, and Sora would just be forever asleep in his pod as Roxas hangs around Twilight Town, living out his own life at worst -assuming Sora would awaken in time for KH2, there'd be no emotional scene with Sora finding out that Riku looks like Ansem -Repliku will not exist due to Vexen not finding Riku's ties to the darkness note-worthy I think that's it? Do let me know if there's more to this or I made multiple mistkes writing this back-to-back.

It's a fact that Namine looks a little like Sora; his body was used to create Namine (Secret Ansem Report 12, KH2). Their faces look identical, but Namine's body is pretty different from Sora. She's got little toothpick fingers while Sora has massive low-polygon early PS2 square fingers. So because of that, I've always had the assumption that Namine looked 100% like Sora until he actually got his body back when Kairi hugged his heartless. When that happened, Namine's body morphed to resemble more like Kairi's since she was born from her heart. In a way, she looks like a combination of both characters, like she's her daughter. I say this because if Aqua was in Sora's place then for the brief period, Namine (whose name means "wave" which is an aquatic thing fun fact) would look like the tall blueberry lady, but then morph down to Kairi's size and bodytype while retaining Aqua's face. And she'd probably look like if Aqua and Kairi somehow had a daughter, I guess. By the way: That first fact I mentioned technically means Namine is canonically a trans character. Some people might like that.

I didn’t think about that. This doesn’t assume she would know that the organization is in there tho, but it isn’t too hard to imagine a scenario where she figures it out.

@@jacksonwww5 The fact Aqua is more in line with Sora in KH3 in terms of strength is just funny as it makes basically every Organization member seem super weak by comparison. They're not dealing with a newby Keyblade user nor one who just lost their powers/memories, they're fighting an endgame Keyblade master who'd steamroll them all.

To answer your question: Ansem the Wise was studying Hearts and their potential for Darkness in hopes of using that knowledge to keep Radiant Garden's future bright, so he would've noticed if anyone he was studying or had extended contact with had none. "Dreams hold our memories. Sleep holds our dreams. And Darkness-it holds our sleep." -Ansem SoD in DDD. Maleficent has power over sleep, a subset of Darkness. She's been shown to be able to influence one's inner Darkness such as when she manipulated Terra to "steal Aurora's Heart" and all those times she tempered Riku's Darkness in KH1. Those two are atypical for having exceptional levels of Darkness which grants Maleficent greater potential for influence but it still stands to reason that through this ability she should have no issue sensing if a "nearby" Heart contains no Darkness at all.

Considering we see Elsa and Anna be "The Next 7 lights" in KH3, I assume that they'd be next in line after Kairi and Ansem and co have to go to Arendelle and grab one of them.

@@Powerman293 Excluding Kairi for the sake of this scenario the New Seven Hearts we know of in the order Sora encountered them are Rapunzel, Elsa, and Anna. Kairi's Light could potentially go to any of those 3, any of the 3 that are New Hearts that haven't been revealed yet, or even an entirely different 7th person who never became a New Heart in the actual continuity because Kairi still remains a Princess of Heart. I suppose it's also possible that it could go to none of the people who gained the Heart of a Princess after KH1 (or who would've if the Light had moved on from Kairi at the end like the others) because of how early in the story Kairi's Light had to be passed on in this hypothetical. Neverland was pretty late in the game to be sure, but any difference in timing might potentially have an influence on who the Light passes to.
