They can survive sunlight so there wouldn't be any issue. Doma would've just said Tanjiro to kill humans and become a stronger demon. After that Doma would've left. If Tanjiro has willpower then he can survive and people wouldn't even notice Tanjiro and Nezuko because they could survive in sunlight. People would've thought them as humans. Then they could reach Tamayo and even Ubuyashiki would've approached Kamado siblings because Ubuyashiki can see future. So they all could've worked and killed Muzan early. Also in this case Rengoku could've been alive if Tanjiro and Nezuko were sent to Mugen Train. Also Tengen would've been an active hashira if the same journey played out.
