What If Thanos Invaded Earth In The 1st Avengers?
Marvel's What If Thanos
What if events went differently? What if Thanos invaded directly in 2012 instead of waiting till infinity war? How would this change the entire timeline of mcu If Thanos Invaded during The Battle Of New York. In today's Marvel's What If I will be diving deep into the endless possibility's, looking there this alternate timeline. How could one change in the MCU effect the timeline as a whole. I will be asking the question What If..?
After almost 3 months of seeing What If Thanos Invaded In 2012 I thought I NEEDED to do this Marvel's What If on Thanos. I think this might be one of the best Thanos what if videos I have done on the channel. Seeing all of the changes and dots connect was very hard since a lot of the events from 2013-2018 leading up to infinity war would of went faster. I think this alternate 1st Avengers take could really work for the MCU and I had a lot of fun doing this Avengers What If.

This would be a very tough challenge for Thanos. The avengers may be inexperienced, and the heroes are fewer, but Odin and the Ancient One are both alive and fit to fight.

One tweak: the reality stone would’ve been kept on Asguard in this reality because the space stone would already be with Thanos. The reason Odin had it sent to Knowhere was because he didn’t want two in the same place.

No, this is set in another time line because Thanos didn’t snap, which was a set point in the timeline of the main mcu

Luigi was making a joke that Thanos was being impatient that he couldn't wait a few more movies before he showed up to battle. I was merely stating that there was actually a few movies between Age of Ultron and Infinity War

@fanta riley Yes, Thor did win the fight. The Grandmaster just zapped him after winning. The Hulk was out after that lightning punch. It’s funny how they chose to use electricity as the object to incapacitate Thor? The god of thunder? There isn’t any electricity we know of that can match a lightning bolt, which he channels all the time. They’re millions of volts and thousands of amperes (which is really the part that kills, not volts). I think I would have had the device inject a knockout drug, but then they wouldn’t have the visual of Thor shaking and jittering around, but it would’ve made more sense.

They both most likely would have been in Cap’s team, especially Hulk. But maybe Thor would have tried to jump to different conclusions, and be more or less passive to either team. At the end of the day he’s the God of Thunder and (at the time) soon-to-be-King of Asgard, it’s not a huge problem for Thor to have the Avengers abide by the government (though he might understand why the Earth’s governments would be so fearful of beings like him and the Avengers and understand the mess he’s made in this world, Earth, having an effect on the beings, the humans, that live in it and their views), nor would he find it important to enforce such rules. Government-wise, I don’t even think he has the knowledge to even be apart of the argument. He’d be much more focused on keeping the team together and, to be fairly honest, probably could’ve made it more possible to do so.

Can you imagine how much more dramatic the movie and Loki would have been. I don’t think the events of Thor 1 would’ve happened though, or at least not the same way since Loki was heavily influenced by this reveal and it was most likely one of the biggest reasons he did what he did. And if the events of Thor 1 didn’t happen then the Avengers would not have been formed, unless Thanos would send someone else, another being, to do the job.

@@LPSKYWKR true, but he wouldn’t even be on Earth, he would just be on Asgard and I guess a lot of the things he did in Thor 1 he would do while Thor went to Earth, which I do believe Thor and maybe some other Asgardians would have gone to Earth if they ever heard of the threat being made to one of the nine realms-Earth. This is assuming Thor still became worthy anyways after being banished from Asgard and returned to Asgard in 2011. So I guess everything would have played out very similar on Earth, it’s just that once Thor would decide to go back to Asgard, he would have to deal with Loki.

Hela couldn’t possibly have resurrected her army without the Eternal flame, and since she was at Midguard with no access to the bifrost she’d most likely use the infinity gauntlet to teleport her to Asgard. Seeing as to how Hela’s goal is to conquer the nine realms she’d probably use the Infinity gauntlet to help her on her quest.

She's the bridge between MULTIVERSE, if getting rid of her was so easy then he who remains would have done that a lot earlier. He was the one who didn't wanted the other universes interact with our universe. Maybe WANDA unleashing her powers was the reason of the "threshold" as he mentioned in the finale.

@@Matt-yg8ub if you watch wandavision (i’m not sure if you did or not) it clearly shows that Wanda was always destined to be the scarlet witch. she was in the book of the dammed. and with each universe is also explained that wanda was the same in each universe if i’m not mistaken. point in case wanda would have always been the scarlet witch or as you said becoming a thing. she had powers when she was born, she is a book and it is her fait… it just might have taken longer to amplify her magic.
