Salutations. Welcome to the E-100. A tank so rare it is literally impossible to buy it. Just like the Maus, it is incredibly good. Better, even. It is the best thing that ever happened to me.

the E-100 actually has less armour + the side skirts can fall off

No. The front armor is better and together with the sideskirts you have over effective 220mm of armor on the upper part of the sides and the middle part can't be penetrated by APHE at all, since they detonate before they can pen the lower hull. Only the bottom of the hull has less protection than the Maus sides with just 148mm when shooting through the roadwheels. So in general it's a better protected and more mobile Maus, with the exception of the reverse gear.
