I'd like to think that in this universe, Tom Hardy pissed in bottles on the set of Mad Max: Fury Road and insisted on staying at a five star hotel in the city, arriving to set in the desert six or seven hours late. Instead of feuding with Charlize Theron, he feuds with George Miller, and gets a bad reputation in Hollywood despite being a massive box office draw, which crumbles when his Venom film is released and it flops. Meanwhile, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson never shaves his head, spends less time in the gym, and thus achieves his true acting power. He is cast in a Sony-produced Black Adam film (with no Shazam) that does amazingly well off the back of Justice League: The Anti-Life War.

Blue Beetle was such a weird anomaly that I had to pause the video to think really hard about what Ghost Rider was a counterpart to. As someone who's always been more familiar with Marvel than DC, having Cull Obsidian be the main villain of the Avengers really puts into focus how wild it was that Steppenwolf was carrying the whole Justice League event. Is it weird that I actually kind of like the opening premise of this universe's Civil War (Captain America finding a darker Iron Man vigilante)? The Civil War we actually got never felt like anyone was really at risk of dying and this would have some weight to it. It could be a fun What If episode at least (although obviously dumb for the main movie).

I would love to see a video where you do a Marvel Movie Universe where marvel owned all their characters but it doesn’t follow the MCU structure which means iron man, captain America, Spider-Man, x men, and fantastic four and more all have trilogys, you can have tv series and movies at the same time like Hawkeye or Daredevil series during phase 2. And you can go pass 22 films in phase 1-3. Shung Chi, Black Panther and Captain Marvel can appear earlier in the universe.

As someone who is a die hard Marvel/MCU fan, and a casual DC/DCEU fan, this video really put into perspective just how bad the DCEU really was. I absolutely loved The Suicide Squad, Peacemaker, the Flash, and Shazam, but that’s really it. This was a fantastic video and I’m glad I finally understand what it was like for DC fans

I know you said you stuck with the Peacemaker plot because it’s all original so it’s not DC dependent but since it’s a Marvel equivalent I can’t help but point out how well the Skrulls would fit, being aliens who can impersonate anyone

DCEU is the perfect example of how not to structure a media Universe. The awful ammount of bad decisions they took and way to address movies' order is sickening. X-23 is the Batgirl equivalent (or was) because the original plan would be to bring Hugh Jackman Wolverine (and presumably by extension the rest of the Fox X-Men) into the MEU, and in place of Wakanda Forever, we could have it's equivalent could be a proper Cap sequel so at least this universe can come full circle.

There is a large flaw in this premise , and it is as follows: The DCEU had a poor structure, is patently untrue. It was simply built too fast and held together with paper clips instead of nails.

Something funny about Wakanda Forever/Lost Kingdom: Because Namor is the antagonist in of the former, its plot isn't too too far from the latter, so I say just let it play out. As for Venom, maybe use the Fraction/Alred FF, or here's a nutty idea, make it an adaptation of Maximum Carnage without Spidey, basically Iron Fist for Dr. Fate, Deathok for Hawman, Firestar for Cyclone and hmm, the last one's a little tough, maybe bring in a new Ant-Man either way.

Chris Evans shot alternate endings for The Flash movie appearing as Cap. However they got cut and replaced with Dougray Scott as Logan, with Strange asking WTF?! For those who may not know. Scott was originally cast as Logan for X-Men but left due to Mission Impossible 2 having reshoots. So Hugh got it thankfully. Best I could do with replacing the Clooney cameo with something Wolverine related 🤣

You know as much of a mess the recent structur instalment of the MCU nowadays, i agree it can get really worse. I honestly think after Phase 1, the MCU phases began to be poorly structured. Phase 1 has a perfect system where you get 4 Solo films & 1 sequel in the middle, finishing with an Avengers movie at the very end. Phase 2 starts off with sequels to Phase 1 movies, and than we get two superhero team up movies followed by a solo movie. And than Phases 3-5 had a messed up schedule.

For Harley Quinn, I'd personally replace her with Karla Sofen / Moonstone. If my memory serves me right, she was also a psychiatrist in the comics. Plus, I think her being a part of the Captain Marvel rogues gallery makes her a perfect counterpart for Harley. To make the Harley connection clearer, we can make her connected to the MEU's Yon-Rogg or the first Moonstone (our Joker stand-ins) and her arch-enemy instead will be the Walter Lawson Captain Marvel instead of the Carol Danvers version. After the first Thunderbolts movie, she'd join the A-Force (the MEU's version of a female-led superhero team ala the Birds of Prey). And instead of Cassandra Cain, Moonstone must protect Sharon Ventura (one of the few Ms. Marvels in the comics) from Ronan the Accuser because ... get it, unlike "Roman" Sionis?Haha.

For Doctor Strange I wonder what the big CGI cameofest would be using AI for some of them. Matt Salinger (who was Cap in the 1990 film) could fill the Nicholas Cage Superman spot (perhaps in this alternate timeline the 1990 film came very close to being made but was cancelled and all that remained was a suit test footage). For the 1950s Superman equivalent they could use archive footage of the 1944 serial film - unironically both were played by actors who died not long after the release of their films/tv series due to issues relating to the production. Finally, we can have Marvel be extremely lazy and use AI to digitally recreate Reb Brown’s Cap from the 1979 TV films without permission which earns them extreme scrutiny.

This will be a VERY interesting way to view the Marvel movies.
