I'm just gonna clear a few things up with this fan fiction after getting a lot of questions about this alternate timeline I made. - Ant Man would stay alive in my timeline because of the quantum realm - Mantis and Antman would rush Thanos not Wasp because Mantis would use her powers like what she did the 1st time to Thanos on Titian but Antman would give her the ability to shrink to size (Pym Particulars) so she couldn't be spotted.

There's a small amount of flaws in this, most of which can be easily ignored. But the one that doesn't make sense to me is how they located Thanos. In Avengers Endgame, they were only able to find him because he used the stones (to destroy the stones). The same thing would've happened here because from Thanos' perspective, it would've been identical. He snapped half the Universe away, then went to his planet. So the stones would already be destroyed when the heroes got there.

The biggest advantage the heroes have here is the can get a faster head start on finding Thanos. The problem in the original version is Stark had to travel back to earth whereas in this version Strange can transport them back quickly. Also with Black Panther and Fury around, you still had effective leadership to mobilize everyone and with Hank Pym and Shuri around, you still had the brains too. Wanda, assuming she doesn’t go crazy and Strange give them a lot of firepower.

Ngl, the ending of this timeline where Wanda basically “resets” the whole universe could be a great way to ease the House of M story line which can also introduce mutants into the MCU where the explanation would be “Wanda would try to bring back everyone but she doesn’t know much about human biology or something and she uses herself as a template which ends up making half of the universe’s population have a similar X gene but it only works on humans so only humans have the potential to basically activate a mutation power.”

Why would they scream while disappear. No buddy screamed. The biggest reaction we got was Spider-Man. And aunt May disappeared in the Mcu so she wouldn’t have in this fiction. @@HSG4meR I don't think it'd be much of a difference if there was a copilot. Say the pilot got dusted off, the copilot might have been too shocked to take immediate action and vise versa. Unless the pilot was the only one in the helicopter, then I think it wouldn't have crashed. Even then, there would be a possibility that the pilot may have crashed due to the distraction of people disappearing down below.

Interesting concept and overall, I think a good fanfiction. The main critique I have is the presentation/delivery could be better in my opinion. It very much felt like listening to a professor's lecture, where they're just speed-reading from the textbook and not looking up to see if students are actually following along, if that makes sense. Other than that great stuff!

@@MissedThePart Not necessarily. They would have pulled him out during the snap. Dusting wasn’t a perfectly simultaneous event so it’s definitely possible that Scott would have come out of the quantum realm and got dusted anyway.

i don't think it works like that whoever wields the gauntlet is spared of any of the gauntlet's effects yes, the stones can still get to him even with the gauntlet, but if he wipes out all life in the galaxy, he will still remain

There should be a Part 2 to this. I feel like there were some things left out of this. For example, with Scarlet Witch having snapped the other 50% that Thanos wiped out. And if Peter Quill mentioned Gamora, imagine what kind of possibility this could open for him to see Gamora again.

I agree. I felt like I would make it a little like the comics but change it to my own thing. If I make a part 2 I think I would make Scarlet the main villain or have one of them in time stop it at the last secound but yeah it can really open the possibility's up for Star Lord to see her again and if they time traveled maybe it could happen to.

In the original storyline, Thanos promised Dr. Strange that he would spare Tony's life in exchange of the time stone. So, when thanos snapped, he kept his promise that time too and spared his life. So, Tony would be alive in this fan-fiction too. Cuz, the story remains the same until then. Plot hole in a fan-fiction!

Dr. strange cannot teleport anywhere he wants. He first needs to be able to see that place clearly. And to see it clearly he must have been there first. So Dr. Strange cannot just teleport to where thanos would be after wiping half people. (That is why he couldn't teleport directly to thanos, and had to use mobius ship to get to titan)

He can open portals using location spells as well. As long as he knows the coordinates, he can open a portal. Remember how he opened a portal to Norway (which I think it’s safe to say he was never on that random cliffside in Norway) using Thor’s hair to do a location spell to find Odin? I’m guessing the spell was used to find the biological relative or just to find an Asgardian. I’m sure there are other spells Strange could use to find a location. Magic is hax.

To be fair Scarlet Witch is kind of prone to these mental breakdowns. One remark though about her using the gauntlet ... really messed up delusional Wanda doesn't need the glove ... House of M story showed clear as day she can do this all on her own. She just needs a little motivation like ehm losing everything ;))))

@@Morrodin182 the Wanda from the comics doesn't need the glove, but sadly MCU's Wanda does need it. we've only seen her manipulate reality in a small scale around her (ie. disintegrated ultron's robots to a subatomic level when Pietro died). going from that to reseting the universe would be too big of a power spike for marvel movies

I think what would’ve been interesting is if Scott turned to dust in the quantum realm and Hank hope and Janet pull him out but only see dust come out of the tunnel. Scott Lang clearly survived the snap because he was lucky not because of the quantum realm. If the quantum realm protected him from the snap then wouldn’t be turn to dust when he got out in endgame?

I don't think so because when Thanos wiped off half of the universe, Scott technically didn't exist. He was still travelling through time via the quantum tunnel which is far beyond the physical form that Thanos destroyed.

They wouldn't find Thanos until he destroyed the stones, though. The energy signature they find in Endgame is him using ALL the stones (to destroy the stones.) No real reason Pym and Shuri would find it any sooner. Any ideas how they'd rectify that situation? Maybe Strange delves into the Multiverse a bit earlier.

I mean, the only thing I can think of is that he still had to use the stones to shape the garden where he was going to live. Maybe they're able to produce much more sensitive tech that could detect smaller uses of the gauntlet?

@@ConstintineOOO nah that doesnt make sense for what Thanos did after the first snap. he didn't use the stones in that way again until he tried to destory them, and they only found him because he snapped the stones away. that's the only way that Strange, Shuri, and the Pyms, should be able to find him in this alternate timeline.
