After he get scolded by Muzan for... killing a hashira. He doesnt have his jacket, and when he uses Tanjiro's sword as a punching bag, he still doesnt have a jacket, untill Season 3 Episode 1

Unless the editor only targeted the upper moons which would mean he'd have probably survived their fight and this bc in that case Akaza won't harm Men instead of women and if the upper moons were the only ones to get this gender swap this would make Akaza stop from killing our favorite donut baby I think that makes sense 👀

It was a simple expedition around that area to look 4 the blue spider Lily and he per accident found them and thought "y not convince him to join us so that MUZAN sama would feel proud" and when he didn't succeed he was like "ok then y not kill a hashira and get MUZAN proud anyway" and this is how it went ! Plus when MUZAN found out he was there he literally sent fear in him like "y were u not focused on the plant ONLY!?" He said indirectly
