What If There Was A Country Draft? 

I'd love to see the teams fight.

Instead of providing an explanation for one side winning, i'm going to do both scenarios. Scenario 1: Red Team win North America is secured as mexico is left to fight on the mountains (essentially capped) meanwhile chile will hold out as brazil essentially blitzes Argentina, paraguay and uruguay as Peru-bolivia holds out with their geography with a few incursion from colombia and brazil into their territory. Eastern Europe gets split again as the balkans are having a rough time with serbia, romania, croatia and the minefield known as bosnia. Italy is invading into croatia with slovenia while trying to help avoid the iberian duo from breaking into france where the mountains are annoying but frontline is barely moving, Finland is trying to pull another winter war as the British isles try to not have their navy destroyed and turning their island into a fortress. In northern africa, morocco holds while libya collapses though subsaharan africa is doing well as Nigeria is simply a little outmatched for them along with ethiopia but they're having a hard time in sudan with egypt protecting. Everything below the equator is now under red team as they make quick deal with most of the nations (yes i'm skipping the mountain pain with Peru and Bolivia) Meanwhile the Middle east quickly falls into blue hands and pakistan is on the brink of defeat as the blue team prioritizes them with India quickly focusing their efforts on Karachi to starve the country, Central Asia is a mess as Kazakhstan is half occupied by the Russians while the Chinese start to take the population centers in the east close to the border all the way to Vladivostok, and the Koreans are trying to one up each other as everything north of Seoul are trenches and artillery. Turkey is still holding out against a push from up north from georgia as the russians try to capitulate azerbaijan and armenia. Thailand is surrounded and rushed as Malaysia becomes the sole foothold of Red in Southeast Asia, with bangladesh also rushed and gone as blue ignores the existence of the Mountain monster and Dragon King nations. Also papua guinea is just done with australia invading and crippling it along with pakistan surrendering after a while. The Americas are now fully in Red control as the British and Irish starve from a blockade when their navy is destroyed and surrender soon enough or got invaded from all sides. Western Africa falls into blue hands with Nigeria having to hold out as the entire south and central and horn of Africa have to face off the Middle East and Northern Africa as Morocco receives American support pushing closer to Algiers as the Americans arrive to help (not just the US). Iberia follows as Norway gets invaded again and Sweden is surrounded as Russia has broken through Finland at the cost of losing the Far East and most of their Central Asia holdings. South Korea and Taiwan falls along with Western Malaysia, as Japan is facing off with the Chinese Navy with help from the U.S. along with Australia and Indonesia in the south. The Balkans are soon defeated as Red wins in the region after conquering the painful landmine fields of Bosnia as Istanbul turns into Constantinople and a Crossing is made where the Indians and Turks are trying to prevent it from happening as the rest are fighting in Africa. Soon enough as Sweden falls, the Turkish operation goes pretty well as Blue abandons africa to not risk encirclement and retreat back to Iran as Russia and Europe start to kick China out of the Far East and Central Asia. Finally Landings in India are made as Pakistan starts to rebel while Iran is inevitably falling with their issues in supply and food, China's navy cannot compete with the U.S. navy and is destroyed as the Philippines finally get invaded along with the liberation of Taiwan. With China and Southeast Asia being the last bastions as the Korean front is now in favor of the Red team and eventually more landings, more trying to figure out if the trees are not speaking vietnamese, Myanmar sinks into the ocean for mysterious reasons. And finally China's coast has turned red with the countless landings happening and the pain of Urban warfare makes the Red team win. Scenario 2: Blue Team Win In North America Mexico is surprisingly holding out with their mountain advantage, Chile is immediately defeated but Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay still don't fare better against the Brazilians as Peru and Bolivia hold out against Brazil and Colombia. Meanwhile the British Navy is pulling Ws as they do the same to the French and German Navies with what they did to the Spanish Armada in the past as the American Atlantic navy is on the way to the isles, Eastern Europe is sandwiched as usual but the balkans are holding out in the north and pushing the south. Iberia successfully breaks through the french border as Russia's plans in Central Asia don't go so well as China puts more focus into the area and counters the Russians as they start marching to Moscow and the Siberian railroad is now occupied by China immediately as they try to kick Russia out of the war while Western Europe is focused on the Balkans and Iberia, The middle east falls into blue hands easily again as Pakistan is treated the same as they starve again. Thailand, Mainland Malaysia, Taiwan and South Korea fall as a naval battle for supremacy occurs as the American Pacific Navy arrives to the East. Turkey helps finish off the Red balkan countries as Russia can't organize a proper retreat and fall as the Chinese are primarily focusing their efforst West into liberating Eastern Europe, while Algeria gets the upper hand on Morocco and they capitulate along with Libya as Western Africa falls to blue and Africa is split into two sides. Britain makes a landing in Northern France right before the Americans pull up to the Channel and start putting down convoys but it gave enough time for Spain and Portugal to push France into surrendering as Italy switches sides and Germany along with Austria, Switzerland and the Lowland countries are encircled (i'm not forgetting denmark). Eventually Mexico and Central Asia fall but Bolivia is doing well holding out but Peru is not as everything west of the andes in the country are stuck in a pincer attack from Chile and Colombia. India does a funny and invades East africa from the sea as Angola finally capitulates, Somalia folds ever faster as Everyone from the Middle East and India are pushing down the nile while Nigeria takes out the Western african nations and holds out. In Europe, Belgium dies as half of the netherlands come with it too and the Germans hold onto the Rhine river, Austria is taken while Switzerland's South and western parts are taken (Geneva), Ukraine and Belarus did not hold a chance along with the holdings in Poland as Germany is pushed all the way to Berlin with Hungary taken out already before Austria. Africa mostly falls to blue with South Africa, Namimbia and Botswana holding out along with Madagascar. India pulls the funny again and lands in Sumatra and Java, with China barely having a navy but were able to have the American navy in the area have heavy casualties, as they kick Indonesia out of the war and Australia is forced to hold everything east of Sulawesi as Japan braces for an invasion from Korea. Germany and the rest of europe falls to the blue team as well as the rest of Africa, Kyushu is taken by the Chinese along with Okinawa and the rest of Malaysia on Borneo, The US decides to focus on Australia and Indonesia leaving Japan with more naval invasions on their western coastline, soon enough Osaka then Tokyo is taken as the last Red team member in Asia falls. All that is left is the Americas and Australia with the rest of Oceania. Oceania and Australia stand strong against Asia but Brazil is now facing certain death as India's navy with the help of Portugal, Spain and Italy are able to gain naval supremacy in the south atlantic and transpor the armies of Africa and the Middle East to South America, liberating Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay. The U.S. decide to hold their East and West Coasts with Hawaii, Alaska and Australia. I will skip you the details of the painful mountains and jungles of South America as the continent falls and Blue is now in central america while Papua New Guinea is liberated. The Caribbean falls to the blue team as well except for Cuba. As Most of Mexico is liberated soon enough except for the Northern states and Baja California. The U.S. abandon Australia to defend Alaska and Hawaii and provide Shore bombardment on the West Coast. Australia soon enough falls as Hawaii is next along with Alaska. I will spare you the details they fall as the US navy on the atlantic is defeated and landings across New England and Florida are made with the defense on the Texan Border with Mexico is broken and the Rush into the American Interior happens only stopping up agains the Mississippi river and Rocky Mountains. The West Coast hold out strong as the blue team slowly cross the Rocky Mountains with Denver falling, on the East, New York is under siege and taken along with Boston, Baltimore, and D.C., the Floridan push goes well and the capital is moved to Chicago when D.C falls. Canada surrenders before a single soldier steps into their soil, as the West Coast falls with multiple naval landings across from Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego and Tijuana. Baja California is finally taken back as the West is about to fall as Las Vegas is taken. The last holdout of the Red Team is in the Great Lakes Area slowly being encircled until finally they nuke Chicago. But wait Nepal and the Great Dragon Kingdom of Bhutan are the last red team members, as they start to sweep the world turning the tides.. and wake up as they realized they were taken before Mexico even fell at the start. Also New Zealand disappears in each scenario.

Very cool idea! Maybe a tip for the next episode: The country that is weaker out of the ones that are drafting should get the 1# pick. Like it is in sports the weaker Team gets to draft earlier than the stronger team

I feel like this concept would really shine if you focus in on a specific continent. I think having the entire world makes it a bit difficult and too complex, so having europe or africa for example will make it more balanced and interesting.

I think Congo/red team had the better pick, Brazil, Russia, Nigeria, France, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, United States, Canada, South Africa, Italy etc. the red team just has a way better pick! but they will have trouble in south earth Asia and central Africa. I think you should do a drafting video with usa, china, Russia and India, where there are 4 teams and the superpowers scramble to get the better countries. I also think that you should do a video where its US states go to war with each other, like the world war videos you have but with u.s. states, or maybe you've already done it, idk. my opinion I would say that power wise the red team won but strategic wise blue team won both teams did really well and i would love to see them fight

(red point) Chile has big mountains so it could hold out till navel help arrives from Oceania. (red point) Overall red is superior and would probably win but you can never know

I think the red team will definitely have trouble but if they play their cards right, they will be on top. If we look Korea, Japan and Pakistan all are huge distractions to the blue team in Asia. This would slow the progress of China India and Iran substantially. The red team was gonna lose the Middle East form the start so they would likely focus on other areas. Western Europe would be very distracted by enemies on all sides and may end up losing. However if they do manage to pull off a maneuver taking out Spain and Poland along with Russia, Europe may remain contested. The balkans would be blue team likely with turkey and possibly Iranian and Saudi Arabian help. The nordics would likely hold firm with British naval aid and the rough terrain of Sweden and Finland holding back Russia. Indonesia and Australia would likely stay red and take Papúa New Guinea creating a stalemate in Southeast Asia. I could easily see Cameroon Gabon and Angola pulling off an early war attack on the Congo before red team mobilization as Nigeria and south Africa will take a while to mobilize with larger populations in general. However once Nigeria the DRC and South Africa do mobilize its all over. Libya and Morocco wouldn’t stand a chance with Egypt Algeria and Spain on the blue team. Ethiopia would face problems in Sudan with Egyptian help and I could see the war in Africa ending in a stalemate between eastern and Southern Africa on the red team and northern and Western Africa remaining blue. On to the americas. America would ultimately destroy Mexico. Moving troops down to South America would critically help Brazil Colombia and Chile and most of the western hemisphere would eventually end up red after harsh fighting. Asia would end up mostly blue. After the initial gains stronger nations such as America, China, India and Russia would end up being the deciding factors. Brazilian and American troops in Africa would help the red team significantly. Russian troops in Europe would possibly start an advance into the northern caucuses and and balkans. Though, Chinese and Iranian forces would be present in North Africa and the Middle East. If this does not happen however, blue team forces would get a foothold in Europe, practically turning the tides of the war as Europe would provide cover to North African resources such as oil and would secure the Middle East. Therefore a red team advance with help from Russia France Germany and Italy would help prevent that outcome. It would also be threatening to North Africa narrowing their connections to India and China. I could see a new front being opened possibly in Indonesia or Ethiopia by China or India to distract the red team but that would likely end in stalemate. Any attempts to invade eastern Russia By China would be fruitless but an invasion in Central Asia could severely distract them. Therefore a first strike by russia on Central Asia would be very helpful to the red team even if russia and Belarus just stalemate the front. By now red team forces are stretched thin. But American, Canadian and Brazilian forces would help secure the fronts. Taking out Scandinavia would help the red team a lot freeing up Germany. Then an American French and German invasion of the British isles would the end for Western European blue teams. With Europe and Americas clear an all out assault on North Africa would commence by Italy, France, Germany, and most red team African nations. If North Africa falls successfully Asia would be all that’s left. With the might of the American Australian and Indonesian navies China would be blockaded and air superiority over India from American carriers and red team bases in Ethiopia and possibly the Middle East if already captured could force Asia into submission. Of course this would all have to be over the course of ten to fifteen years and with millions dead, this would be no easy task. Therefore if the red team is strategic enough they could win.
