@@ProjektTaku Frost Demon is technically official. Cell says it in DB Xenoverse and it's probably used elsewhere in other games. Arcosian, as cool a name as it is, if I recall was a liberty taken by one of the dubs and isn't in any original source material.

I doubt they'd care besides being slightly annoyed, hes still as weak as he was when trunks sliced and diced him before vaporizing him to oblivion... he's no threat. Which is probably why he wasn't thought of for the tournament, they never saw his potential golden form like our universe so in their eyes, there'd be no benefit in recruiting frieza.

Not true. Goten and Trunks specifically said that, after 5 minutes of SSJ3, their fusion would run out. If we’re accounting for GT in this story, Gogeta also defuses after 10-15 minutes due to power drain.

In a series where 5 minutes can equal 8 episodes, it could’ve been even shorter than that and he defused immediately afterwards.

That being said, while I think Super Goku would still win in this scenario, it would’ve been appropriate to have SSJ4 vs SSB. God Ki is definitely a huge boost over regular Ki but GT Goku still is his own tough battles and his own OP transformation.

No Beerus, no Whis, no Golden Frieza, no Goku Black and Zamasu, etc. GT Trunks may be older than Future Trunks from Super but that doesn’t mean he’s stronger. Super Goku literally absorbed SSG into his base and that power was threatening the universe with punches.

wrong. Heroes establishes that blue is stronger than 4 by having xeno goku state that cc goku's one step ahead due to having blue. And xeno goku is not gt goku, as he also went through battle of gods and time patrolled. Gt goku is weaker than super goku.

@@ProjektTaku one step ahead doesn't sound like domination. that sounds like the difference between Saiyan grade 2 and 3 in terms of raw power(not talking about the disadvantages grade 3 had strictly the power). Heroes is here to answer basic what-if questions as vaguely as possible while first and foremost selling merch. Something to just think about it not base anything concrete out of. I should have worded my comment better so it did not read off like I was using that show as the basis of my statement The reason I state GT Goku is massively stronger than Super Goku at the start of both series is the following: GT starts at a 15 year time skip when Uub is older, in Super Goku hasn't met Uub yet, even just light training for 15 years would amount to a huge base form difference between GT Goku and Super Goku. This makes any multipliers he gets in GT lead to bigger power levels than people want to admit. The biggest take way I personally end up having is this, both shows have bad writing and I'm just tired of pretending Super is better cuz its newer and has akira's direct involvement. Its been a slog to read the manga and watch the show.

@@HectorGarfria you do realize grade 3 is 5x stronger than grade 2, right? Plus xeno goku has a stronger base that cc goku, which is the only reason he can even stand a chance. Plus, sure gt goku has roughly 10 years more of training that super goku, but he never got super saiyan god or god ki, so he's still weaker than super goku base to base, let alone blue to 4. And super is much better than gt, which only has like 1 good arc.

Super made super Saiyan a tingly sensation on your back. And retconned Bardock to have given Goku plot armor for all of DB and DBZ. Part of the charm of the entire series is Goku becoming stronger becuase he wants to be stronger. Something we can all relate to wanting, to be better than we were before. To self improve. This let's us imprint ourselves into the story and characters of Dragonball. the recent Bardock retcon tarnishes that sentiment by literally making it a wish that Goku has persevered thru his life. That's a lot worse than GT in that aspect of not only presenting a badly written story but trying to damper the past stories by explaining away some thing we as readers and enjoyers of the show never once asked.
