What if we added FINAL DRIVE onto Meteo L-Drago? 

It would be really cool if you showed all 4D beyblades with their gimmicks one day, no youtuber ever explains all the pieces except for you

The problem with this combo is that it makes Meteo L-Drago taller than all of the opponents with a 145 spin track, thus not being able to spin steal as efficiently. I find that it primarily works when L-Drago is shorter than its opponents like with its stock combo.

One thing L Drago lacked was balance at the end of fights, this helps it a lot

Idea, what if you put final survive on L Drago Guardian? Makes sense to put a tip that’s meant to conserve stamina at the end on a defense type rather than an attack type.

It'll be interesting to see multiple combos using the FD, it's a pretty strong spin track like the BD.

As a fan of the L-Drago line, I have a request. Currently, Guardian is the only defense-type L-Drago. I always wondered if others could do the same. Since Meteo L-Drago is technically it's pre-evolution, could they be made into effective defense-types, or failing that, balance-types? I want to see it done for each of Meteo's variations. (Absorb, Assault, and Rush).

I think the idea would be perfect if you had access to an inverted final drive that remains on stamina while at slow speed to steal better then at high speed move fast to actually dish damage

the transparent F:D you have is very nice. I think it would suit basalt horogium very well.

It’s interesting to see how Leone managed to mitigate L-drago’s spin steal mechanic. Not only did it avoid hitting the rubber parts of L-Drago’s fusion wheel (as it constantly clanked with the metal parts) it also managed to evade hitting L-Drago altogether near the end of each battle by spinning around JUST outside of its reach.

a video about like, "beyblade 101" or a video for beginners would be kinda fun, i have gotten some friends interested in the hobby but they don't really know how it works, so if i had some sort of reference video to show them that would be awesome!

Some constructive criticism about meto L dragon F.D, so I noticed how meto L dragon had low attack power when it came to the beyblade itself. This made it hard for him to knockout other beyblades from what I've seen. And tbh if meto L dragon F.D was facing against Diablo nemesis, it would not go so well. That's why I was think about trying to add more weight on to meto L dragon while making this combo, like a some what evolution for him. I was originally thinking for meto L drago h145 F.D but that's up to you to decide. Although it was pretty fun watching the battles, look forward to doing more in the future. 😁

1:52, instead of saying Meteo L_Drago's parts(fusion wheel, energy ring, and face bolt), it shows basalt/twisted and horogium/tempo

I think drago performed as expected, but it's weight is a huge issue. I feel like if you used a metal Face bolt it might have had a chance against tempo. Also, genuine question, how do you get those face bolts that just have the designs printed on them? Some of mine have them and I feel like they look a lot better than stickers.

id like to see a wideball twisted tempo combo i would be intrested to see it because if you notice during the rock lione fights instead of of just sitting there in the center of the arena like a lot of defense types it skirts the area just outside of the middle while taking on a slant in its spin id be intrested because of twisted tempos off balance weight distribution if the wide ball tip would allow it to enter that slanted state earlier

In terms of what can be done to improve L-Drago, the easiest and most obvious one you can do is switch the Fusion Wheel from Meteo to Lightning; not only is Lightning heavier, but it’s also smoother overall, which would give L-Drago a better chance at actually spin stealing. Also, kind of a hot take, but I think left spin and/or spin stealing is probably the least useful gimmick across all generations of BeyBlade; aside from being very 50/50 in terms of whether or not it will actually work, there’s just no distinct advantage that it has that you couldn’t get from a regular Stamina-type build, and/or using a free-spinning spin track/performance tip on a right-spin BeyBlade.

You should do a tournament of all the beys that have beaten you in your custom bey series or evolution series. I'm going to comment this on every video until I see that in my feed👏🏻👏🏻

Hey Im not sure if this is already a thing but i was curious what a bearing drive would be like if it had a rubber tip, as the only down side to a rubber tip is the reduced stamina but bearing drive should counter the rubbers friction on the arena but still give it the defensive grip a rubber tip provides i feel like this could be a very strong defensive type that could even win out in some stamina match ups

It would be so cool if you did an evolution of rock zurafa. I suggest that you keep its rubber wings and put the death wheel in this bey. Also a good idea for its tip would be the rubber semi flat tip.

it is actually twisted tempo that absorbs the power. you will get the same result if you use earth eagle. When I used to play beyblade, my earth eagle would always spin steal when I played it against left spinning Beyblade. You can launch your earth eagle in left rotation by rotating with your hand see the trick for yourself.

I was satisfied with the results, thinking about each matchup. I'm not that much into beyblade, not into the stats, watching because I liked the anime, once upon a time... BUT considering the last matchup, knowing Twisted Tempo is so heavy makes me think that was a detriment to Meteo L-Drago's spin stealing, maybe the weight played a factor and made the effect weaker.

Would it be possible for you to do one of these three? 1. Find a costar so that yall can launch both at the same time. 2. Build a double launcher holder so that you can pull both rip cords at the same time. 3. Alternate which bey is launched first.

I think this is doing something better than what the anime is proposing It kinda gives the battle phases. Meteo first tries to outlast the opponent using spin steal. If it can’t do that before it starts slowing down, it decides it might be impossible and then attempts to win by knock out, as opposed to other spin steal combos which resort to LAD at this stage

I think that last battle was unfair. The one with the highest stamina should be going first

would've liked to see how this would've done against a same spin battle as meteo isn't known for doing well in those situations.

Another really neat concept video! I really enjoy your content, despite never leaving comments. I've been wanting to ask you for advice though since I'm looking into the competitive beyblade scene. I really enjoy using the poison fusion wheel, something about it's design is very satisfying to me, but I've got no idea on what performance tip or spin track would work best with it competitively. Right now my current combo is Poison Scorpio (Pulling from Rock Scorpio and Poison Zurafa) with the Wide Defense tip. I got a lot of second/mixed parts so I'm not sure what spin track I'm using. Maybe 145? Any thoughts on what parts I should look at obtaining or combining to boost it's potential? Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

I give my meteo 105 track and worn out WD. Thanks to its low height the opponent almost always hit the rubber part making a good rubber smash attack and spin stealing. It scraps quiet a lot but actually it gives some edge on spin stealing opposite spin beys. When meteo in low spin, it is so easy to spin steal. Also worn out WD is crazy. So easy for spin stealing and doing life after death.

Do a 4D evolution for Dark Wolf using the Blitz fusion wheel and the Coat Sharp tip, with the Tornado 125 spin track. Blitz Wolf T125CS. I suggested it in a previous video.

I’ve personally always wanted to see an evolution of Twisted Tempo. Mainly because it’s gimmick is that not only is it (supposedly) the heaviest bey (in the show) at rat point, but because the incline in its fusion wheel gives it a bit of unpredictability in its own unique way. It was subtle off balance jagged dashes. I wonder how a trait like that could be maximized to its full potential, especially while staying a defense type. Or do you think that trait would be better utilized as an attack type? I feel like something’s there but I don’t know what. Perhaps Bearing Drive? Or maybe Gravity Ball spin track with an Around Sharp or Wide Ball performance tip? I’d probably try some combination of H145/GB145 and Flat Ball/Jog Ball while keeping the fusion wheel since it’s what creates the imbalance.

I have watched your videos for a while and was wondering why you don’t show off the Burst series? I have picked up three and have had some good fun with the evolution drive gimmicks and have been getting a feel for the Speed Storm V6 Brave valkyrie. I do want to up grade to the stronger 2A 3/6 blade version at some point tho.

I think the main reason l-drago lost so hard against tempo and couldn't get a lot of knockouts is because when F:D kicks in and you get that extra friction from the rubber you have an increase in the beyblade's torque (rotational force), that's why it hits harder, but the higher the torque, the more energy (aka stamina) that beyblade is going to be spending at each hit, just as a human has to spend more energy into throwing a harder punch compared to a weaker one, and if l-drago loses too much energy when it's already low on stamina, it's going to stop spinning before it can actually spin steal, combine that with the reduced recoil due to the rubber in the energy ring and it won't be able to knock the opposing beyblade out. At least I think that's what's happening here.

You appear to have the energy ring attached at the wrong orientation; for a more effective spin-steal you should have it so Meteo L-Drago is in Barrage Attack mode with the bronze sections behind the heads instead of underneath them.

I feel like Final Drive is bad for a spin stealer as it has a rubber base. So it gets less from each hit.

try using BD with L Drago destructor, it will have enough weight to stand a chance and also will be able to spin steal and outspin opponents.

Twisted Tempo is just a tough opponent. Heavy as a boulder and stupidly resistant

honestly, i see potential here but i think the wide rubber hole flat is the issue, if you could possibly modify it to be a wide hole flat or even a hole flat and have it start off similar to fusion from burst i reckon you'd get *super* close to how l-drago is shown in the anime

I think the spin stealing effect is a little misunderstood. It can equalize spin time, however, the angular momenta isn't conserved directly into rotational speed, due to the inertia of the lighter blade. Lighter spin stealing blades follow a tangent vector, while heavier spin stealing blades induce a tangent vector in the opponent blade. Ultimately, the effect of spin stealing blades is greater collisions, with increased recoil distances, especially for the less massive blade. The objective advantage goes to the more massive blade, which will likely induce knock outs, without noticing as much change in velocity.

I'd love to see an evolution for Rock Orso, the anime made it really underwhelming which kinda makes me a bit sad, the combo I used back then was Diablo Orso CH120 JB, very strong combo and the counterattacks it unleashes was crazy good and it can adapt to the opponent with it's CH120 spin track, I also tried with the RS performance tip and it's literally a fortress 💪🛡️ almost no attack types could beat it (stamina issues are there of course but still) Of course up to you what parts you think is best for Orso 🙂
